"Overall, it's fairly clean and tidy. Before check-in, the hotel will inform you that smoking is prohibited in the rooms. If you smoke after checking in and the hotel finds out, they will charge you tens of thousands of Myanmar Kyats for various reasons, and any damaged items will be charged at the hotel's price. Also, drinks in the hotel room are chargeable, and the price is three times that of convenience stores outside (it seems about 90% of hotels here have opaque pricing). If you haven't inquired before checking into a hotel here, it's best to ask to avoid unnecessary arguments and wasted time during check-out."

No one helped us with parking either, even though staff were standing right there. When checking out, they didn’t even bother to help with the bags left in our room and just pretended not to notice. "I have recently checked out from room 1002. Excellent service of all Hotels Staff Reception, Bell boys, housekeeping, F&B team. Breakfast time is the most enjoyable moment for me. The FOODs were very delicious and many choices for locals and foreigners. Special appreciation for Chef and his kitchen team for making this excellent food at morning , start the day. Highly appreciated the excellent service of Restaurant Manager Ko Myint and his team. I haven’t seen the other staffs on my this return trip. But I was still find for getting the welcoming and hospitality service of Ko Myint/ Restaurant Manager. I will definitely return back soon."
