"Very atmospheric. This wasn't our first stay, and everything was excellent. The location is superb, right in the center. The room is comfortable, and the breakfast is excellent. The hotel terrace is stunning. The staff is always helpful, especially with parking. The hotel is in a ZTL zone, so you have to drive around a lot to find somewhere to park and then to the parking lot. It would be nice if the hotel sent customers a suitable route with street names in advance so they don't run into roadblocks using their GPS. But this inconvenience is completely compensated by the hotel's location. We will book again."

"Hotel right in front of the train station. It is basically a combination of different structures, from the hotel to the bed and breakfast, to the charming old structure. Really quiet place and the quality of sleep is excellent. Rooms not large but functional. Clean bathroom with shower. Possibility with extra charge to have breakfast in the hotel or to use a coffee bar that is next to the hotel. Very good girl at the reception who in addition to quickly carrying out the check in, accompanies the visitor to the room and effectively explains how to independently enter the structure from the entrance on the avenue or information about the city."

"Let's start with the qualities: friendly staff, strategic location, and cleanliness. Then, the downsides: the B&B is located in a small courtyard, crowded with cars and bicycles, and the walls dividing the rooms are just a few centimeters thick, making any sound a nuisance. Finally, it may sound strange, but breakfast is an extra. We're talking a few euros, so it's fine (there's an excellent pastry shop nearby, by the way!), but I've never seen a B&B without breakfast."

"After our experience here this summer, I cannot recommend this hotel. Our stay started otherwise well, beautiful interior, friendly staff, lovely rooms etc. but one particular incident ruined this even considering the hotel's behavior during and after completely ruined this stay for me and my family. My family, where we are 5 people, had to go out to eat a delicious dinner at one of the city's good restaurants where we had reserved a table. Since we all had rooms on the 3rd floor, we wanted to take the elevator down. There is only one lift in the hotel, which is therefore used both by the staff and all hotel residents. The elevator is built outside the existing building and has a glass wall facing the yard. This means that the lift is heated extra by the sun and is therefore very hot to stay in, there is also no ventilation in the lift. The elevator is a smaller elevator for max. 7 people. When the elevator arrives, there is already someone from the cleaning staff in the elevator, but she waves us in and signals that we can all take the elevator down from the 3rd floor to the exit on the ground floor. However, the lift never arrives at the ground floor as it gets stuck approx. 3 m above ground floor level. We call for help on the intercom and seem to get through, but only Italian is spoken on the intercom so it will be her from the staff who speaks to them, unfortunately she only speaks Italian so we get no information about what is happening and if help is on the way. She is also panicking and shouting wildly and unruly. As I said, the lift is not very big and extremely hot and we quickly start to sweat so the journeyman runs down all of us. We call the intercom several times and also try to call the hotel, but there is no communication from the hotel. the small hour we are stuck in the elevator. The temperature continues to rise and it is not nice to stand so close in the small elevator. Since no help comes from the hotel or via the intercom, where they only try to restart the elevator, we call 114 and finally a rescue service is contacted, who gets the elevator out of the way, but after an hour's stay in the extremely hot elevator, we finally comes out. It doesn't seem like the hotel or the staff have any plan for what to do in case their elevator gets stuck and they seemed very stressed about the situation. It cannot be reasonable not to search for any kind of information and subsequently the necessary help and if the staff cannot solve this, then contact the rescue service so that their residents do not have to experience sitting in an overheated lift for an hour. When we got out, we were given some water by the young girl who was working at the reception and she also had to take care of her colleague who had almost panicked over the experience she had just been through. We never received any form of compensation or even an apology from the management or owners."
