"The hotel is very close to the train station and in a strategic position to reach the center of Mantua. The rooms are clean and equipped but very small. The breakfast is decent but nothing exceptional. Unfortunately the wi-fi did not work at all. In general it is a decent structure but for the services it offers the quality-price ratio should be reviewed. However, a special mention goes to the staff who have always been very kind and professional."

"A perfect location, in the heart of the city, an old “palazzo” “restructured” as the Italians know so well how to do, around a pleasant patio (too bad that not all the plants are natural!). It is an annex of the nearby Hotel dei Gonzaga where breakfast is taken (a plentiful and varied buffet). Friendly welcome, comfortable room, minimalist decor but nothing is missing. Ideal for discovering the beauties of the city and beyond: if you are by car, the hotel has an underground car park connected by a lift."

"Palazzo Arrivabene and Mantua were a highlight of our trip, traveling as a multigenerational family. Claudio and his mother Reni are the consummate hosts. The palazzo is beautiful and our rooms were spacious, clean and comfortably appointed. It is central to the sites in Mantua and Claudio offered many recommendations for what to see and where to eat. Breakfast was exquisite with an expansive offering including delicious homemade cakes. Thank you for so warmly welcoming us into your home. We can’t wait to come back.
