"The hotel is too old, yet it still carries the Wyndham brand. Facilities: The showerhead looks like it hasn't been changed in a decade, the bathtub leaks and can't hold water, the door is hard to open, and the bathroom is tiny! Service was terrible. Even the manager, who claimed to resolve issues, essentially implied: either wait or get a refund. With my whole family, we booked three rooms, waited from 1 PM to past 4 PM for just one room to be cleaned. There was only one cleaning lady. Waiting three hours only to be told to get a refund is simply unacceptable! And that water park, advertised with an infinity pool? There's none at all. Instead, there's a messy patch of weeds in front, and the water is filthy! Clearly, no one cleans it. Parking is also unmanaged; cars are parked all over the lawn. The hygiene is also neglected; after cleaning, there were still cigarette packs in the room. This Wyndham must be the worst in the whole country, right? It's like it's barely functioning. I paid 927 yuan for one night, with no service, no environment, no decent hardware. The only decent things were the fine sand on the beach and the clear water, which honestly isn't even the hotel's doing~ I truly paid money for a miserable experience! I hope they improve quickly!"

"I travel to Maoming for business every year and have stayed in many hotels, but this one is one I highly, absolutely must recommend!! First of all, the butler, Hugo, was incredibly attentive and helpful, responding very quickly! Every staff member at the front desk was also very friendly and attentive! The room had a great view, and the carpet pattern was unique. Hugo explained that the flowers on the carpet were to highlight the "Floral Dream" design theme! I loved it! The only drawback was that there was only one elevator in the underground parking lot, which was quite far from the front desk and the room, making it inconvenient for guests. However, this is probably a design flaw and not really the hotel's fault! To apologize, the butler even came to the parking lot late at night to pick us up and help us with our luggage to our room. Now, let's talk about the breakfast! The selection was quite extensive, and it had everything you'd expect! The coffee was delicious! The other dishes were just average. I highly recommend it again!
