"Since I was staying at the hotel for the Bromo Volcano tour, I didn't have high expectations, but the cleanliness of the facilities and the breakfast were surprisingly good. The volcano tour I was connected to went smoothly. I didn't want to do a tour that included a meal, but I was able to return to the hotel quickly, returning around 9-10 AM. However, construction was underway on the second floor during my stay, and I was a little disappointed that they didn't notify me in advance. I was trying to sleep after the volcano tour, but the noise from the construction made it difficult to rest. It would have been better if they had informed me in advance and asked for my understanding. I stayed here for two nights for the Bromo volcano tour. I didn't expect much—but the room cleanliness and breakfast were actually much better than I expected. The tour was arranged through the hotel very smoothly, and I liked that it didn't include unnecessary meal stops. We returned to the hotel around 9–10 AM, which was perfect for resting. However, during my stay there was construction work on the second floor, and I wasn’t informed about it beforehand. After coming back from the tour, it was quite noisy and hard to rest. It would’ve been much better if they had notified guests in advance and apologized for the inconvenience."

"The hotel is well-priced. The food quality is satisfactory. The hotel's tour to Bromo Volcano was well-organized. The hotel's tour to Ijen Volcano was also well-organized, with one exception: the hotel staff packed six people into a five-passenger vehicle. Four people paid for the Ijen Volcano tour, but two passengers were simply picked up at Banyuwangi. As a result, three people shared two seats in the vehicle for eight hours, which was very uncomfortable and difficult."
