"The hotel is located halfway up Nannuo Mountain. It boasts a beautifully designed, upscale, and elegant atmosphere. Clean and tidy, with complete facilities, the public areas are perfect for taking photos. The hotel offers stunning mountain views, and depending on the weather, you can even witness a breathtaking sea of clouds and sunset. Service: The service was incredibly warm and attentive. After booking, the butler contacted us and arranged pick-up from our previous hotel. Although the hotel's location on the mountain makes transportation inconvenient, we didn't need to worry about pick-up and drop-off, as the butler had everything arranged. Upon arrival, we were upgraded to a 270-degree view room and provided welcome fruit and tea, along with a complimentary minibar. Personal Butler Service: The butler, Diao Diao, provided excellent service. She not only arranged pick-up and drop-off but also took us hiking to see the Tea King Tree and the sea of clouds, and even let our child experience making tea cakes. Her service throughout our stay was exceptionally attentive."

"I highly recommend Jianglu·Nannuo Mountain! The guesthouse is nestled in the misty tea mountains, with stunning views of the vast tea plantations and rainforest outside the window. The rooms were spotless, and the bedding and bathroom amenities were excellent. The guesthouse's pick-up and drop-off service was very convenient; they arrived promptly at the agreed-upon time, and the staff were incredibly friendly. I experienced a rainforest hike, and the guide provided detailed explanations throughout, even showing me a century-old tea tree. It truly allowed me to experience the pristine beauty of the tea mountains. The entire trip was relaxing and enjoyable, exceeding my expectations – a very relaxing stay!"

"We booked two rooms in advance in December and arrived at around 2:40 pm. There was no sign at all. Later, the waiter came out to pick us up, otherwise we would have found it completely. When we got upstairs, we were told that the room had not been cleaned up. We said we could wait. As a result, when we entered the room that had not been cleaned, we smelled a foul odor. The waiter said that the previous guests brought cats and dogs so it was very smelly, but the odor was really unbearable. Later, the waiter went to get disinfectant to mop the floor, and then the odor mixed with the disinfectant, and the smell was even more indescribable. We asked to change a room because the other room was normal, but the hygiene was not done yet. The administrator said that all the rooms were booked and could not be exchanged. Asking for a normal accommodation room, is this request too much? We paid for the room normally, not for free accommodation. Later, after communicating with the homestay contact number left on Ctrip, they agreed to exchange it, which means that there are rooms, and the experience is particularly bad. They only emphasize that there are a lot of people during the Spring Festival, which is not a reason to give guests a smelly room!"
