The large windows offer breathtaking river views, with the bridge and the water stretching out as far as the eye can see. The interior is chic and luxurious, and every photo I took looked like it belonged in a magazine. The panoramic views were incredibly expansive and so refreshing. A special shout-out to Tiffany, who provided attentive and thoughtful service throughout. She warmly greeted us and guided us, explaining the lobby's features in detail. She was patient and thorough with all our inquiries, meticulous and discreet in her actions, and her service was both gentle and professional, paying attention to every little detail. With such a beautiful environment and Tiffany's outstanding service, choosing this hotel in Mianyang was definitely the right decision!"

"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ For a resort stay in Xianhai, Mianyang Shoukaisheraton is definitely the top choice! The overall experience is a solid five-star. The hotel is nestled by Xianhai Lake, offering unparalleled scenic views. Step outside, and you're immediately surrounded by the lake and lush greenery, creating a peaceful and healing atmosphere. The parking lot is spacious and equipped with EV charging stations, making it incredibly convenient for self-driving travelers. The lake-view room offered an exceptional experience. The oversized floor-to-ceiling windows provided expansive views, with the lake visible in its entirety. The room was spotlessly clean, with attention to detail. The bedding was very comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent, so there's no need to worry about outside noise. The scenic bathtub is perfect for relaxing after a trip; taking a bath in the evening while enjoying the view creates a fantastic ambiance. The hotel facilities are extensive, with a heated swimming pool and gym fully operational. The breakfast selection is rich and varied, and I especially recommend the Mianyang rice noodles – a truly authentic local flavor. All staff members were very polite; check-in at the front desk was quick, and communication was smooth whenever we had requests. It's ideal for a short getaway from the city, suitable for couples and families alike. The environment, hardware, and service have no noticeable shortcomings. If you're looking to truly relax in Xianhai, I highly recommend this place. I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit! Special commendation to Cherry."

"This was my first time staying at this hotel. Although it's an older hotel, the hygiene and service were top-notch. In particular, Xiao Jing, the staff at the bar, greeted us warmly and reminded us with a smile that hot water was available, which made us feel great. The room was clean and tidy, and parking was very convenient. They even gave us snacks and small gifts when we left, which was very thoughtful. I will definitely stay here again next time I travel."

"I've stayed at this hotel several times before, and this time I chose it again. This time, my experience was terrible. The main problem was the receptionist; from check-in, she acted like I owed her money, barely responding. She didn't mention anything about basic things like breakfast, laundry facilities, or the contents of the package in my order. Then, when I called in the evening to ask about the afternoon tea and "warm milk" mentioned in the package, her attitude was still extremely rude. Her attitude towards guests was very, very bad. This hotel really needs to train its receptionists properly. These two photos are of the hotel pillows. The hotel manager called to apologize later, and the manager was very polite. But that receptionist has ruined the hotel's reputation, and I will never choose this hotel again for business trips."
