"We stayed here the day before the Nagaoka Fireworks Festival. It was very clean and comfortable. The staff were all smiling and we had a very pleasant time. We had the large public bath to ourselves in the morning, so we could enjoy it with our family. I would like to use it again."

"This was my first time staying at this hotel. It's located in a residential area, and there are several restaurants, supermarkets, and convenience stores nearby, so I didn't feel inconvenienced. My room had a shower, but I was told I could use the private bath, so I used that instead. It's not a hot spring, but it's spacious and convenient. I happened to be surrounded by quiet guests, so I was able to relax. I think it's a very good value for money."

"It was a very comfortable hotel. I'm a business traveler and have strange tastes, but the cotton swabs in the bath were hard, the towels were very absorbent, there were hard pillows, they sold cup ramen for 200 yen for dinner, and there was a very satisfying restaurant within walking distance that I could eat alone. I stayed for two nights, and this will definitely be my regular place to stay when I come to Niigata❗Thank you for your help."
