It turned out there were indeed people doing laundry until after 2 AM, and then starting again at 5 AM. There should have been a few standard double rooms and river-view rooms on lower floors available at the time, preventing the room from being fully booked later. 2. Having stayed at several Ji Hotels, I've noticed the laundry room and guest rooms are often quite far apart. Some laundry rooms have double doors, while others are located in secluded corners. Doors next to each other inevitably disturb guests' rest. How did this design pass inspection? If it can't be changed, shouldn't they at least post notices in the laundry room late at night, limiting usage time, to minimize the impact and allow guests to rest better? 3. The noise level was quite high even with the room door closed around 7 AM. It became even more jarring in the middle of the night, and extremely noisy after 8 AM. According to China's "Hotel Building Design Code," daytime noise levels in hotel rooms (6:00-22:00) should be ≤40 decibels, and nighttime noise levels (22:00-6:00) should be ≤30 decibels. Even rooms adjacent to machine rooms or public areas must have soundproofing to keep noise levels below 45 decibels. 50 decibels is equivalent to normal conversation or the sound of a washing machine running, which will continuously disrupt sleep in a closed room, especially for light sleepers or guests needing rest. 4. The family room is on the highest floor and has the highest price, so logically the quality should be guaranteed, but it's in a special location. The business has an obligation to inform guests in advance and set a reasonable price. Based on my honest experience, I'm giving it a bad review. Considering the convenient ground parking, the lack of front desk staff, the fact that today is both National Day and Mid-Autumn Festival, the good breakfast, and the fact that my family rested well in other room types, I'd give it a neutral review."
