Business Hotel Awaikeda Eleven 2 ★★★
"Environment: The hotel is right by the lake, surrounded by clouds and mist, and the breakfast area looks like a fairyland. Service: Two bags of biscuits and mineral water are given when you check in, and there is also free coffee. Hygiene: Change shoes when you enter the hotel lobby. Although the hotel is not new, it is very clean. Facilities: Not new, but all good to use"

"If you are looking to trade the frantic energy of Japan’s megacities for something soulful and secluded, this is it. Nestled deep in the mountains, the property offers a unique, almost cinematic atmosphere. There is a touch of moody, beautiful isolation here that you simply won't find anywhere else. The service was impeccable from the moment we arrived; staff met us at our car to handle our luggage immediately. For those driving, the ample parking and EV charging stations are a massive plus. The orientation was thorough, with the team explaining everything from onsen etiquette to the nuances of our dinner service. A truly high-end, evocative experience."

"The air conditioner in the room was leaking. Although the receptionist helped to change the room, during the moving process, they were in a hurry and lost a room key. The compensation was ¥5,000, which was disgusting."

"Close to train station a few minutes away. Nearby many restaurants with covered walkway. Only 5 minutes to a big supermarket. The room is big for a small family and certainly big for couple. They have onsen room for bathing and heater which come handy during our stay below 10 degrees of temperature. Buses and trains are convenient to move around to tourist sites.. While we were away, the host will leave biscuits and titbits for our 3 nights stay."
