HOTEL R9 The Yard Mobara ★★★

📍 2-chōme-1-5 Ōshiba, Mobara

"The experience was terrible. The room was infested with flying insects, extremely damp, and noisy whenever it rained. It was only cleaned once a week (4 out of 4 cleaning days). I wouldn't recommend staying there; the bathroom had a terrible odor."

Business Asuka Ryokan ★★★

📍 3 Chome-6-1, Mobara

"For solo travelers, meals are not currently provided. However, they offer a complimentary serving of delicious almond tofu. A train runs right next to the hotel, which might be appealing to train enthusiasts. There are restaurants, a gas station, and a convenience store nearby, so you won't have any trouble if you're traveling by car."

HOTEL R9 The Yard Mobaramutsuno ★★★
"I stayed at the container hotel for the first time and was able to spend comfortably. Self check-in was possible on the front tablet, and when the check-in was completed, the password of the room door was sent to the message of Trip.com. (It is also displayed on the tablet screen.) I am grateful that I can get a light meal voucher and eat at my favorite timing. Check out only returns the card you received at the reception to the post outside the front desk."

"I thought the front desk staff was very friendly. The room was mostly clean, but unfortunately there was hair on the shower head. I think it was probably just by chance. I was surprised to see that the coin laundry was outside, but I was able to use it without any problems. It might be cold in the winter. Thank you for your help. The curry udon restaurant nearby, Wabisuke, was delicious. It's within walking distance, so you can get a beer there too. Pictures included"

"Since it's an old hotel, it's dimly lit and feels lifeless. The bathroom has adjustable hot and cold water. Amenities are placed in front of the front desk. There is a free tea machine. Tea and coffee are available."
