"Probably the best hotel in the area, but... The interior is not very well maintained, lots of small cracks, scratches, minor broken things that you don't expect in a 4 star hotel. It's a pity that probably customers have little respect for the place and the staff cannot manage so many issues. The staff is slow, everything takes o lot of time. The beach is public, not very clean probably because is very popular with the locals day and night in the summer. It's also difficult to get to the hotel in the evening, crowds of people, streets closed for cars until 3 in the morning. Best thing about the hotel : the pool and the sea views. The pool is excellent, big, deep, extremely clean all day long. The SPA is well managed and rhe services are very good( pricey but worth it)"

The service was mediocre, but tonight, I was welcomed by a lovely young lady called *Meryem*....what a lovely service, she was full of smile, I could not ask for more.
