"The hotel's facilities are excellent, undeniably so. The bed was very comfortable, everything was almost perfect. If I had to nitpick, it would be that the breakfast selection wasn't extensive enough, and it catered to many tour groups, which isn't up to five-star hotel standards. The pool was too small, and the spa, lunch, and dinner services weren't yet operational. I would still choose to stay here again, and I look forward to a more improved hotel. Mong Cai desperately needs good hotels."

"We liked the hotel. A nice atmosphere, I think it's the best option in the district for families with children. It was our first hotel in Vietnam. Here at home is comfortable and well, I didn't want to leave. Beautiful and stylish repair, everything new in excellent condition. Cleanness, class maid, and all staff are pleasant and responsive. Helped with currency change during Tet and booked a bus to our next location. It was nice that it could be washed as the child often packs clothes. Next to the wonderful Luca Pizza cafe, with amazing burgers and pizza with no cheese like us) Also in step-by-step availability of Winmart+ and Winmart in Wilcom Plaza, which is also very convenient. Around quiet streets where you can walk in the evenings. And with sunny weather and beach you can ski. Overall, excellent location as everything else"

The breakfast selection was varied, offering both Chinese and Vietnamese options, suitable for families or business travelers. The front desk staff were friendly, although communication was primarily in Vietnamese and Chinese. Overall, the facilities and services are highly recommended."

"I stayed at this hotel for three nights due to work. When I first arrived, rooms were quite tight, and only a windowless room was available. The front desk proactively offered to switch me to a different room for the next two nights, which I could do after my first night's stay. True to their word, they did move me to a slightly better room after the first night. Both rooms were similar in size, but the new one had a window, offering much better natural light, which I was very happy about. The overall comfort level of the hotel was high, and the hygiene was also good. The front desk service was particularly warm and thoughtful. Later, I stayed at a more expensive hotel in the city center, and the experience there wasn't as good as this one. While the location isn't ideal, with limited dining and massage options nearby, the affordable room rate makes up for it. The money saved on accommodation was more than enough to cover taxi fares. Staying at a city-center hotel, though it saves on transport, comes at a higher price and doesn't offer as good an experience. So, overall, I'm very satisfied, and if I have the chance to visit again, I would still choose this hotel."
