在山區深處的一間民宿 過去的路上沒有路燈 沒有人煙 一度以為開錯了 路上本來想找家餐廳吃飯 但發現每家餐廳都沒有人 還是決定回到酒店吃 打電話給客服詢問有沒有吃的 接電話的是個態度不好的男的 貌似對我的問題很無語 一直愛答不理的 一度讓我開始想打退堂鼓 到了導航指的地方之後車開不進去 有民宿的人開小三輪車來幫忙拿行李 到民宿的路程還有一點距離 路上要經過很多村民的家 民宿就在村民家隔壁 不到五米距離 一間具有設計感的建築就立在這裏 踏入辦理入住的小房間放佛踏入另一個世界 有自動門 暖氣 電腦 有普通話很好很nice的前台小姐姐 還有一衹油光鋥亮的黑色胖貓咪 和外面形成鮮明對比 可能因為是淡季 整條街衹有這裡有光 而不足五米的地方 村民還在支不起腰的小房子裏燒火取暖 滿滿的割裂感和違和感 我們放了行李就去餐廳了 餐廳旁邊是個很漂亮很夢幻的泳池 面對的是曾經最高的橋 山和懸崖 本來説第二天白天再來看這個風景 結果第二天被霧籠罩 啥也沒看着 餐廳的阿姨很熱情很熱心 那一頓晚餐很好吃 很温馨 吃完飯我們還去體驗了一下圍爐煮茶 各種食材都可以烤着吃 荷葉包着的糕點烤完特別好吃 房間設計很新穎 用的產品也都是知名大品牌 唯一的意外是半夜聽到有衹猛獸在趴門 嚇得我一晚上沒睡好 結果第二天找前台小姐姐看監控發現是那衹黑貓咪在門口扒拉消防栓 在安靜的夜晚聲音顯得格外大 導致我以為是衹猛獸 第二天早上被公雞打鳴叫醒 也是給我們這些城裡人民一些新奇體驗了 其實我不想對這間民宿進行什麼評價 這裡帶給我的不衹是一次住宿體驗 更是一次現實和理想的對沖 對不同環境的適應 以及不同地區不同文化背景的融合 踏出民宿之後彷彿回到了現實 回到了還未完全脱貧的現實世界 民宿裏存在的一切對旁邊的村民來説彷彿是未來 是科幻電影裏才有的情節 不到五米的距離 兩個世界就這麼詭異的融合著 共用着一條路 一片空氣 一片水域 不知道民宿裝修的時候會不會對村民造成困擾 會不會吵到他們安靜的生活呢 民宿是典型的現代化設計 每一處角落都圍繞着 “小眾設計”“設計師風格”“網紅打卡點”“自動化”“智能”等形容詞 如果這間民宿不坐落在這裏 我的評價可能衹有“現在民宿不都長這樣” 這種對我們來説已經“爛大街”的 、習以為常的名詞在這裏卻顯得那麼的新鮮和特別 我們跋山涉水來到他們的家鄉 經過他們的家 走向我們熟悉的環境 對裏面的一切設施 產品都瞭如指掌 而距離五米的他們對這裏卻衹有陌生 對民宿的鄰居們來説 這裏麪的一切都是新奇的 是他們一輩子可能都“見識不到”的 我們享受着時代的紅利 攝入最新的訊息 體驗最新的科技 潛意識裡總是高高在上的認為自己好像才是這個時代的主角 他們是“落後”的 但明明我們才是客人 是闖進他們生活的外來者 我們自以為是的覺得他們應該進步 應該接受新事物 可以為他們也帶來生活上的改變 但事實真的是這樣嗎 第一次寫這麼長的評價 在這個環境中的一些有感而發 總體來説這是一間很不錯的民宿 去那邊玩的朋友們還是很推薦的

Highly recommended. The place is awesome, it's clean and at a great position. Don't fellow the map, It's just 5 minutes walking from bus station. The map shows a long road to the hotel, but there are stairs just 100m after the traffic lights.

Our family of five – one grandma, 80+years old, two adults and two teenagers, had a wonderful time at Huangguoshu (Yellow Fruit Tree) in Guizhou. Huangguoshu Waterfall is the largest waterfall in Asia, which is 67 meters high and 83.3 meters wide. The whole Huangguoshu scenic area comprised of 18 waterfalls, making it the world’s largest waterfall cluster. We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The breakfast fried noodle was our favourite. After the daily adventurous outing to the national park, we enjoyed the nice shower and were able to sleep soundly at night, the room is clean and new, outside environment was peacefully quiet. On the day of departure, our self-pre-arranged transporter changed the vehicle from a 6-seater SUV to a 21 seater bus, which we rejected. Thankfully, the hotel manager helped to call up his transport contacts and was able to arrange a comfortable 6-seater vehicle to get us to Anshun Railway Station. The staff at the hotel are all local people, so they know the place and the people well. This boutique hotel is highly recommended. Our family of five bring back with us wonderful memories of our stay here. Here is something we liked about the room And facilities : - T.V. : Projection TV for family room, unique experience - Bath: strong water pressure, give good shower - Toilet: sensor self-flushing - Towels: single use bath towels and facial sheets, replenishable - washing machine: first time I stayed in the hotel provide in-room washing machine!! Is super convenient -Fruits complementary at the lobby: fresh from the farm peach , lychee, Chinese red bayberry (Myrica rubra, also called yangmei (simplified Chinese: 杨梅) -Transport: complementary transfer to and from hotel to Huangguoshu entrance, any timing

標榜亞洲Top100的温泉酒店，由於管理失誤出現了讓住客無湯可泡的BUG，衹能説，太遺憾了。 有一説一，酒店的員工是熱情，提前聯繫確認入住，入住期間發消息也能做到快速回復，基本滿足需求。淡季也讓我們延後退房了。 但作為本次行程最期待的温泉，由於管理不當，員工培訓不到位，導致住户沒有享受到温泉，匪夷所思，這竟然是柏聯會出現的失誤、what a shame!!! 事情經過：17:30回到酒店前台諮詢晚餐叫餐服務，期間諮詢了相關的温泉泡湯事宜、需要帶些什麼東西。（已明確有泡堂需求）。 19:55分，到前台打算進去泡温泉，結果被告知温泉已放水關閉。（酒店設施上註明温泉時間13:00-21:00），即便提前清場，這也太過份，而且前面已經問了泡湯事宜，要帶些什麼、竟然直接忽略住户，關閉温泉。 最不能接受的，1.提前詢問泡湯了（表達泡湯需求）；2.距離官方温泉結束時間還有1小時+。 事後處理也很一言難盡：第一位員工説已關閉可以回房間有私湯，我問他，那公共區的温泉和房間有什麼區別，他説一樣的温泉水。但酒店的地圖上寫了10多個温泉池（包括魚療，芳香，葯浴等），顯然和房間是不一樣的。 後來工作人員看出我對温泉的期待，表示可以再放2-3個水池，可以“簡單”泡一下。期間先進去看了下，夜間温泉連燈都不開，要放水的池子就是簡單放了點水，那是和房間差不多了。於是作罷。出來時更搞笑，第三位工作人員本意好心，想安慰下我們：説其實房間的温泉更乾淨，因為酒店温泉外面客人也可以進來泡！但這是能説的嗎？定位亞洲前100温泉酒店，太打臉了吧！！！ 一句話總結：其他都還可以，但温泉酒店因管理不當、導致讓住户無法體驗特色“温泉”，令人失望！

酒店位於黃果樹景區附近，地理位置非常便利，距離瀑布入口僅需幾分鐘車程。周邊環境優美，酒店設計融合了當地的少數民族風情，整體氛圍溫馨且充滿度假感。景觀房提供了美麗的園景，讓住客能夠欣賞到自然美景。酒店周邊設施齊全，交通便利，能輕鬆抵達各大景點。 服務人員普遍熱情友善，從前台到客房服務都表現得非常專業和周到。前台的辦理手續快速且高效，許多住客都提到員工能夠快速響應需求並提供貼心的建議和幫助。酒店提供接駁車至景區，並會提前聯繫住客了解需求，使整個住宿過程倍感舒心。 酒店設施齊全，有健身房、瑜伽室和兒童樂園，能滿足不同住客的需求。房間乾淨整潔，自動化設備使得操作更便利。床品舒適，讓住客能夠在旅途勞累後得到良好的休息。酒店的衛生標準高，公共區域和房間都保持得非常乾淨。 酒店餐飲選擇豐富，早餐和晚餐的菜品多樣，特色的酸湯牛肉火鍋受到住客的推崇。餐廳的食材新鮮，味道地道，特別是本地特色菜品深受住客喜愛。餐飲空間舒適，能夠讓住客享受到美味的同時，也能感受到當地的飲食文化。

設施：房間設施很新，也有智能系統，很方便，環境很乾凈，唯一的缺點就是，洗澡間沒有掛更換衣服的地方，有點不方便。有陽台也很舒服。 地理位置：近景區客運站 ，路程大概是600米左右，行動方便的話可以選擇 服務：服務員態度很好，很熱情，響應很迅速，遇上淡季，在景區附近接送服務很及時，很適合帶長者出遊。 歡迎水果: 好吃 迷你吧: 是汽水， 遇上我們帶長者所以都沒有享用，如果可以加入健康橙汁、或者無糖氣泡水更佳。 早餐： 有現煮粉面、煎雞蛋，還有麪包機、咖啡機、提供迷你甜品、 熱粥糖水、包點，牛奶🥛豆漿麥片沙拉水果，還有幾個熱菜、米飯。 作為我國旅遊遊客客人為主的酒店來説，供應量選擇款式很好了。贊👍👍👍👍👍

This hotel is quite new and clean. It's about 600m (10-15min walk) to 黄果树 Ticketing Center (where tourists collect their entrance tickets, whichever ways they booked entrance tickets - Trip.com or 安旅通/Wechat) and bus embarkation and disembarkation area. Room was well furnished, comfortable and clean. Breakfast was sumptuous, cooked by a very friendly cook, ready to serve from 7am. It has an laundry room to wash your clothes if you are soaking wet from visiting 水帘洞 (do pre-book onsite at ticket collecting center or online through 安旅通, after you have booked a ticket thru Trip.com or 安旅通 where you registered your passport number).

Fantastic hotel situated in an incredibly well-preserved Ming dynasty village. Our hosts were very accommodating and the room was fantastic - very clean and a comfortable bed! There are many things to see here, including a Buddhist temple of 500 years one of the mountains the town in nestled beneath. Far different from the new old towns we saw in Lijiang and shangri-la, this village is the real deal and just unbelievable to walk through and explore. We also enjoyed walking down to the nearby town outside the gates. The Karst mountains in this area are extremely dramatic and beautiful to behold. There is a speciality coffee shop and a place to get breakfast near the gate - we suspect that we were visiting outside of peak time as it was generally quiet but that suited us just fine. The host made us wonton and dumpling soup in a vegetable broth which was very nice. The hosts are very kind and they have prepared a wonderful place from which to explore this very special village. It is about a 40 minute taxi from Anshun West station and 20-30 minute taxi into Anshun city. Thank you!

We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights. We chose the hotel based on good reviews from past guests and its proximity to the minibus station from Anshun and the shuttle bus to the waterfall park. However, we were surprised that hot water is only available from 1930 - 2230! And even when conforming to their time frame, we had to call each time to inform them that no hot water was coming. A staff member would then show up on our floor to turn on the hot water. Secondly, our room was downgraded from top floor to the lowest floor, and the reason being it was low season and they only have that one floor in operation. Last but not least, no housekeeping was performed during our 3 day stay - trash was not cleared, toilet paper and water were not replenished until we called and requested it. The hotel seemed to be functioning with very minimum staff in attendance. The front desk lady who checked us in was very efficient in replying to our numerous messages and sorting out the problem. One positive comment: basic breakfast offered was good. The soup noodle was tasty.
