We had a very nice stay at this hotel! We were warmly welcomed, and checkin was very quick. The staff was helpful and respected the fact that my Chinese isn’t fluent (yet ;)), so took their time explaining things to us. The room was spacious, nicely decorated and verrrry clean! Felt like home :) (if it’s important to you: wifi was very fast). When we checked in, I told the staff we are vegetarians and the next morning they served us a vegetarian breakfast without having to mention it again. There was also good coffee! When we checked out and wanted to go to the glacier park, the staff told us we should leave the car at their parking lot for free. Very kind. We’d definitely come back!

環境很舒適很清幽寧靜，服務也挺好的。如果能住幾日每天發發呆泡泡温泉，肯定很舒服，可惜這次衹呆了一天～我們當天過來有點晚了，到了民宿基本已經天黑了，店家提前放好了温泉水，放下行李就可以開泡！泡的人也很少，我們兩個承包了兩個池子～水有明顯的硫磺味兒，應該是正宗的温泉。如果天氣好的白天在這裏泡，看看風景，那可太好了，可惜我們是晚上了，看不到什麼景色。希望下次還有機會來。ps山路比較窄，不好錯車，大家儘量白天來。

Receptionist is friendly. Environment is clean and fresh air. During our arrival, temperature very low. Room overall ok but the only pull back is the hot water for bathing. Only got enough after 10pm. We are glad that we manage to capture the “Golden Mountain” just right on top of their roof top. The hotel view surrounded but mountain. Hot air condition is noisy so we need to manage when it’s too loud. Location is perfect for guest who want to go Hailuogou. Walking distant to reach the tourist center.

房間乾淨温暖，空調升温很快，在屋子裡都很暖和，睡了一個好覺。地點就在磨西鎮海螺溝大道，導航開到店，有停車場，酒店門口的風景也很棒。老闆熱情大方，早餐好好吃，朋友的保温杯掉在房間了，老闆也積極聯繫了我，給郵寄回來了，下次還會再來的~

設施：整體來説很日式風格，公區環境很出片，房間也沒有想象中那麼小。 衞生：301房間的廁所鏡子上的燈帶脱落了，其他都挺好的。 環境：挺好，温泉很舒服。 服務：這個要好好説説了，首先在定酒店之前就問過，有沒有蛋糕可以購買或者贈送，酒店管家説可以贈送，但是到那天發關於這個的消息直接不回覆，溝通起來相當困難，最後是換了個人才聽的懂我在説什麼。然後就是剛剛入住，有一個管家直接刷卡就進來了，我和我老婆確實都沒有聽到你敲門，送水果是好意，這樣送我是真的害怕。還有就是，投影儀的事情，本來該你們調試好的，結果我們來調試不好，你們管家來調試不好，説讓我們把投影儀放在床上看，我請問了，怎麼看？最後還是我在網上搜尋教程才搞定。最後泡温泉也是，還是我主動問你們管家，才告訴我可以，我們下去的時候，人家泡完都準備走了…還有就是，當著我們客人面大家七嘴八舌吐槽別的客人，甚至還説臟話，這是什麼操作？你們這個服務真的很迷，不要讓這個環境最後敗給服務。 剛剛來的時候，我説我還要再來，現在我確實是不敢再來了。

定的一樓的閑庭，湯池有一圈不高於1.6米的圍牆遮擋。可以裸泡，但是有走光的風險，雖然説不會有住客往我們這邊一樓唯一一間右拐房走，但出於保險，還是批了條浴巾。泡着湯看不見雪山，站起來能看見，但是屬於夾縫景觀，旁邊還有很醜的建築物和建築工地。。。 不得不説服務是真的很好！！管家辛夷很細緻，出行和遊玩又給了很好的建議，還會安排車輛接送遊客中心。晚上還能點店裡現烤的兔子，好帶勁。房間有地暖，睡起來真舒服，開空調實在太乾了，地暖就舒適度飆升！衞生間配件備品都很不錯！ 小小建議：請在衞生間洗手枱多放一個垃圾桶，而不是每次要扔紙巾必須得開馬桶間的門去扔。洗手枱下還缺一個臟衣簍，用過的浴衣和浴巾讓我有點不知所措不曉得放在哪裡。最後堆在了開門的衣櫃隔板上。閑庭的馬桶間玻璃門需要調整一下，每次開合會發出很響的震動聲，有點吵呢。 開車去鎮上遊客中心大約10以內路程。要不是開在山坳裏，這個水平的硬件和服務，絕對不止這個價格

The hotel was very quiet. We were one of only 4 groups. All the suites were empty and we were not offered an upgrade. Not expected but the hotel was basically empty. There is a car to take you to the hot springs, ¥50 round trip. Or ¥25 each to bring you back. On return the staff seemed worried we wouldn’t pay and even called us. The restaurant is good value for money. We had to pay before our meal though. Breakfast was the biggest issue. It isn’t served before 7:30, so it is difficult to get up the mountain early. We also had no idea where it was served. It wasn’t brought to our room as reviews suggest. It was served in the breakfast hall, but it isn’t a buffet. The kitchen staff were very kind and friendly. There was a non-optional wake up call to see the sunrise and the mountain. We liked it, you might not. You are paying for the location. It is otherwise expensive.

We stayed in this hotel for four nights, and it was one of the best stays we have had anywhere. The room was big, very clean and had a great view. Both breakfast and dinner were fantastic, with fresh products and phenomenal cooking. The area is perfect for a relaxing stay, with great nature and good people all around. The many available hot springs made the stay even better. Most of all, the family running this place were extremely sweet and nice people. They helped us with anything we asked and we could see they truly put effort into making this hotel great. It was a hotel stay we will always remember!

元旦帶孩子去海螺溝玩雪，看到這家温泉酒店，一進到門口就有熱情的工作人員幫忙指引停車，還會幫忙搬行李，看到周邊得環境，讓人非常的放鬆治癒，前台姐姐也很温柔，服務態度不錯，房間裏面還有一個私湯，晚上吃了飯帶着孩子泡温泉，孩子們玩的很開心，説下次還要來，酒店裡麪還有專門餐廳，有湯鍋，炒菜，味道不錯，下次來還住他們家，很適合帶着孩子來體驗。[呲牙]

位置好，離景區大門很近，酒店還可以幫忙預訂景區温泉票，還有優惠，還提供泡温泉免費接送，太省心了！老闆人很好！很熱情！還有，酒店有自己的停車場，自駕遊停車很方便安全。價格實惠，很不錯！
