Hotel is located in very well location which u can access to the beach and other remarkable place. Hotel is warm with very helpful staff which helped us carried luggage , welcome and send us off his personally. The breakfast was local Chinese style that we like it so much. Room and bed is clean and comfortable. Big thumbs to the hotel environment and the services they provided, worthy the value. Highly recommend.

This is a very modern, high-tech hotel, and the cleanliness throughout is impeccable. The staff are exceptionally nice and friendly, and the facilities are great for families, featuring a large kids' playground. The beach is a good size, never felt crowded, and the water was clean and inviting. The only downside, and it's a major one, was the breakfast. It was shockingly bad and fell incredibly short of its advertised ”Western” restaurant claim. The selection was limited to unidentifiable scrambled eggs, boiled eggs, bread, and other useless items. There were no proteins like beef or chicken, no seafood, no salads, and no decent desserts. A real disappointment in an otherwise great hotel.

五分是給環境給設施，服務覺得要打個折扣。前台基本上都是坐着的，客人全程站着。入住的時候前面有兩組客人，我和朋友提着很重的大包在後麪排隊，保持了一定距離。然而前面客人走掉之後，前台完全沒有抬起頭來看看後面的狀況，坐在椅子上一動不動。和朋友站在那裡蠻尷尬的。後來是主動走過去問能不能辦理……以及最後退房的時候看到有客人在和前台交涉一些問題，前台全程坐在椅子上仰視很傲慢。無論是非如何，這絕對不是服務業處理事情的姿態。 由於總體體驗還是蠻好的，餐廳價格實惠口味不錯，遊艇和非洲鼓項目都很有意思，所以也給滿分。不過希望酒店管理者可以梳理一下前台服務流程了。

Bu özel gezi kızımın doğum gününü kutlamak içindi. Hizmetçi odanın dekorasyonuna yardım etti ve içimizi ısıtan bir pasta gönderdi. Ayrıca akşam karanlığında şampanya açılış töreni düzenlediler. Akşam, otelin 96. katında büfemiz vardı. Restoranın genç ve güzel kadın müdürü bizim için gül yapraklı bir doğum günü pastası hazırladı, bu da çok şaşırtıcı ve tatmin ediciydi. Ayrıca lobide Alice vardı. 97. kat ayrıca geç check-out için kaydolmamıza yardımcı oldu ve lobideki zarif Evie de çok kibardı. Elimizden geldiğince nazik ve arkadaş canlısı davrandık ve tüm seyahatimiz VIP muamelesi gördü! Çok Menmun Kalmak!

設施：設施很心很齊全，房間裏還有小度，暖氣也很給力 衞生：進門就感受到了，非常寬敞乾淨，給我的第一印象特別好 環境：床品超舒服，以後出來玩就選這一家了！環境非常nice，完全不輸其他高檔酒店 服務：服務也很貼心，點的外賣，還有機器人送餐上門，不用擔心安全性👍🏻👍🏻前台也特別友好，下次還會再來的 推薦推薦，非常推薦👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

The hotel has a peaceful location with beautiful views! A friendly, caring staff, the private beach was awesome (I wish there were sunbeds with umbrellas tho) and the food was great. The breakfast was a Chinese buffet so not really my thing but tasted really good! The room was small but perfectly clean and comfortable with all amenities as promised. I guess it gets more lively during the season as everything closed pretty early when I was there. Overall a great stay!

Wifi speed is slow (Wifi 5, 5Mbps download, 0.2Mbps upload), but it can connect to SurfsharkVP + no disconnection of Wifi. YouTube is stable under SurfShark. TV has HDMI port to connect my Google Chromecast device. YouTube can be played on TV with Google Chromecast device.

房間：房間風格我很喜歡，寧靜舒適的感覺，一陣風過來白色的紗簾就會飄飄然。 服務：服務很好，會提前給我們打電話告訴我們怎麼來，雖然我們是自駕，但是還是很感謝提前聯繫我們，到店後主動指引停車，幫忙拿行李。 設施：酒店有自己的餐廳，這個香辣蟹真的太好吃了，其實可以最後再下個麪的，中餐晚餐都在這兒吃的，美味… 環境：周邊環境都很有故事感了，離沙灘很近，酒店的正對面就是公交站，想出發就出發，這個越野車是沙灘安保的哈哈哈哈哈擺拍一下，吃喝玩樂一條龍了省事

This hotel is a hidden gem! the location is very nice and close to everything in this small beautiful town. Right in front of the building is a local canal and you will find the hotel's restaurant where you can have breakfast in the morning and buy a local style skewers at night. The room itself is sparkingly clean, albeit a minor toilet screen door's seal damage that needs repair. If you come as a family with your kids, the private hot spring may not be that private because there was no door to give you privacy from you kids! (only Chinese pattern partition screen door). Apart from that everything was in very good order. The hotel staff was super friendly even though he could speak limited English. There was some confusion during check-in that I made a prepay via credit card over Trip.com already but he miscommunicated and charged me again. He found out later on and hurry to my room to amend that and he said he feel deeply sorry for that misunderstanding. Later that night, he sent message through my WeChat that there is free milk offered before 10pm. While I got back to the receotion at 9pm asking for the milk for my daughter, the receptionist said I have to walk back to the restaurant in front to get it but my daughter did not feel like walking back so we said we were good and heading back to room to call it a day. About 10 minutes later, the same guy knock my door and came with 2 cups of hot milk! This is beyond my expectation :) and it was a heartfelt service I have never had before even from the hotel in Thailand, my country where the hospitality and service has been highly regarded. He also helped negotiate with the tricycle taxi from the Gankeng Town Gate to the Gangkeng station the next morning when I check out. I could understand a bit of Mandarin and I heard the taxi driver try to charge extra for my luggage but he asked the driver not to charge and he agreed. I regret that I did not ask for this hotel's staff name but he wears glasses, about 180cm tall and was driving the hotel's golf cart in my last photo here. I would like to say to him that you are the best! and keep up the great work ;) You will not disappoint anything at this hotel as it worth much more than what you paid for ;)

Klasik beş yıldızlı otel. Konumu, gitmek istediğiniz yere bağlı olarak iyi veya kötü olabilir. Benim için sorun değil çünkü her zaman Didi'yi kullandım. Tek olumsuz yanı, otelin dışındaki inşaat çalışmalarıydı, bu da korkunç bir trafik sıkışıklığına neden oldu (gürültüler kabul edilebilirdi). Oda genişti ve su basıncı iyiydi. Yataklar bir aile için yeterince büyüktü. Zemin katta bir 7-11 var ve tezgahta ücretsiz zencefilli sıcak içecek sunuyorlar. Genel olarak, harcanan paraya göre çok iyi bir değer.
