"很雅緻的酒店！很如畫的酒店！很用心的人員！很讓人想覆住的酒店！門前的停車位充足，酒店前台工作人員的工作素養很高，因為我們來的時候是一年中最淡的時候，工作人員主動把我們預訂的180°豪華湖景房升級到了家庭房，屋內足有50㎡，佈局合理，窗邊的四人茶桌邊可以打牌、飲茶的同時欣賞小東江景。夜晚可以在酒店對面的船碼頭坐船欣賞東江夜景，船票要在酒店前台購買哦，比在碼頭上買票每人可以少付25元。酒店背後的笨魚小院可以吃飯，菜品還算好，就是口淡的朋友需要提前告訴廚師少放鹽。推薦！！"

"Q性價比：不能談性價比，郴州城市區整體建設水平不行，東江湖9在酒店這個位置吧很不協調很不搭，住在這有一種脱戲的感覺，這種檔次更適合一些平均富裕的城市。
服務：服務還可以，跟進也及時，但是配套整體問題較多，服務再好也不一定完全取決問題。
3口味：早餐Q種類一般般，有該有的也有當地特色的一些食材，製作的味道各方面都還不錯。
P停車：離郴州西站距離很遠，要一個多小時的路程，既然走高端路線就應該配備專車接送服務，但是並沒有。
問題：
房間佈局還可以，床對着衞生間的玻璃有點尷尬。
陽台湖景視野比較小，看不了大全景，而且景色不百萬福包地，效果不行。
細節決定成敗，如果衹是學了個皮毛那就是樣子貨。
衞生間泡池出水量小的可憐等加滿水要好久，而且一到用水高峯期就沒熱水了，那最開始的基礎設施建設就沒做到位。
泡池上來牆上至少有個扶手以防摔倒，包括掛浴袍的掛鈎這些也沒有都完全沒想到位，以待後面逐步完善解決。"

"設施：很新，很乾凈衞生。因為帶寶寶，需要很多寶寶用品，店家都非常體貼地準備。包括床圍欄，嬰兒浴盆，浴盆架子（還是新買的），加濕器（看我需要，特地從別的店拿過來）。床圍欄用的比我住過香港深圳五星級酒店的圍欄還牢固。還有一個很新的很大的衣架，我們住了三晚，寶寶洗衣服很方便晾曬。而且！有洗衣機和乾衣機！！！而且！店家還幫忙洗烘還幫送上樓！服務態度無敵。
衞生：很乾凈衞生，每天打掃更換。有提供一次性用品包括毛巾，浴缸套，拖鞋。
環境：設計非常在線！很多小姐姐輪流在一樓的大窗户前面拍照，很多個角落都很出片。房間的窗前是一大片江景，無敵！玻璃是一半的，有一個簾子可以打下來，打下來一半，再開暖氣，就既可以看風景，又不受冷了。如果那玻璃是一整片的更好了。不過瑕不掩瑜。
服務：服務絕對要給100分！！！感受得到他們真的很真誠在服務客人。有求必應。我們提前把一個行李寄過去，他們也幫忙接收。走的時候也幫忙寄走。嬰兒用品也儘可能滿足我們的需求。
附近: 距離東江景區幾分鐘，馬皇丘十幾分鍾，飛天山半小時。周圍很多好吃的，還有汽車充電站。非常便利。外賣也可以送上樓。
唯一美中不足的就是正值元旦，大家太興奮了深夜也有人放煙花，對早睡的寶寶來説是個挑戰。不過這是季節性的，其他時間應該不存在這個問題。而且店家也有幫忙積極協調。態度滿分。
價格也很厚道！從深圳來的朋友，體驗過深圳那些巨貴的海邊民宿，感覺這個價格元旦真的很厚道了。值得推薦。"

"民宿設計得很精緻漂亮。房間空間大，落地窗景色很美。落地窗前是投影幕布，晚上可以放下來看。床後面的小軟塌也很舒服。馬桶圈有點冰，護髮素用完了沒有替補，按半天按不出來一點。
大堂和門口還有庭院草坪都做得很漂亮，堪比網紅咖啡店。早餐有殺豬粉白粥和豆漿，小姐姐服務很貼心。民宿有地下停車場，需要提前登記，附近有充電站，退房還有伴手禮，總體而言體驗還不錯。"

The owner drove me 3km to a wonderful place to get some food, helped me plan travel arrangements for the next part of my journey and also offered to drive me to the bus terminal. By far the best service and accommodation I have had in my 2 week tour of China. Highly recommend

MM13585****設施：進到房間裏整潔明亮，超巨大落地窗外的美景盡收眼底，數鴨子數了好久🥹關上窗簾放下專用幕布小孩子看投影儀也是不亦樂乎，畫面大且清晰，洗手間智能馬桶跟衞浴也是亮點，高科技滿滿，吹風機吹頭髮也很快乾😆
衞生：主理人很靠譜，打掃衞生後自己都會上樓檢查，檢查完畢後讓管家帶上樓，詳細講解了入户門解鎖等，連入户的樂高和球桿看起來都是鋥光瓦亮。
環境：環境在一個小區內，入閘門後右轉十幾米左拐，停車也很好停，我們是一台7座商務，停車完全沒壓力，一下車樓下的空氣也是非常清新😎
服務：這個真的沒得説，我是凌晨五六點抵達樓下，天都還沒亮打了電話老闆立馬下來引導停車，小孩子車上剛醒下來鬧脾氣也一起安撫，第二天去的東江湖也幫忙也買票，得了實在優惠，早餐在小區外路口的粉店，郴州粉真的好吃，讓我印象深刻，總之是一趟非常滿意的旅程，感謝老闆給我們全家帶來了這麼好的旅遊體驗，非常感激，會再來的，而且會推薦身邊朋友一起來！🥰

MM43985****這家民宿不錯，喜歡這家民宿的裝修風格，佈置的挺不錯的，房間寬敞乾淨，還有小院子，現在的天氣坐在院子裏吹吹風喝喝茶，超級舒服。住的地方就在東江湖景區門口，走幾步路就到了，特別方便，外面還有很多吃飯地方。院子出去過對面就是江邊了，晚上去江邊走走、看看夜景超級舒服。
店裡服務很好，老闆是個帥哥，有任何遊玩問題請教他都很耐心解答，而且不是專門推自己家的，有其他合適的也會推薦。老闆人很好，正常是12點退房，我們游完小東江回來時候娃睡著了，也給我們延到2點左右退房。店裡有橘子和香蕉，不知道是不是免費的，老闆也請娃吃了，娃説好甜好吃。總之，很滿意，感謝，很愉快的一次住宿體驗！

MM349966****很温馨的一間民宿，除了因為房間很好很舒服，還有的是老闆是個很有親和力的人，感謝細心的安排！我會因為這個民宿再來郴州！民宿沿着江邊都是些網紅民宿。但這個性價比最高，房間除了能看到小東江還能看到吊橋，早上還能看到太陽從山邊爬出來。很好很滿意！

The hotel is located within walking distance to xiaodongjiang entrance, very convenient especially if going there early in the morning at 6am. Only downside is that other customers can smoke at the common areas of the hotel.

They also had dinner with a lot of different selection options I got the fishie. It’s located in some type of mini town it has like a foodish market outside and a boat takeout place on the lake. The room itself was good you had a tub and a shower also the AC machine thing had both ac and heat with was nice.

__WeChat259732****開學前的最後掙扎，臨時臨急找的一家價格相對實惠民宿，畢竟大旺季出遊！一心奔着離東江近選擇的，走路就可以過去，不怕錯過一大早的東江霧！到步之後十分驚喜，無意間選了一家精緻民宿！這裏裝修風格是我喜歡的，隨手拍都很出片，臨近江邊，晚上院子裏吃着西瓜，吹着晚風，聽着張學友，正！老闆十分熱情，介紹吃的玩的都十分周到！真正感受到當地的熱情和民俗文化。房間裏面配套設施齊全，乾淨通透，方便實惠，真正的一線江景！娃都不願意離開！

MM470896****不得不五星好評一下這家店，無論是住的環境還是老闆都值得誇一誇！晚上八點多到的，到了發現訂的床不夠大，老闆娘直接給我們給了兩間大的讓我們選免費換，民宿就是很親民的環境，房間乾淨衞生，老闆娘早上做了好多南瓜粑粑給我們吃，還不收費，中午還煮好飯留我們吃，真的沒有遇到過這麼熱情的老闆啊，最後時間來不及沒有吃，又煮了兩個雞蛋給我帶走，這是什麼神仙老闆！圖一二四五就是坐她家裡拍的，撒網就是在她家路前面的馬路邊拍的，直接省了景點門票，總之很推薦！謝謝老闆的熱情招待，最後祝老闆生意興隆！
