首先説非常滿意。 一個是服務主動。沒注意定的套餐裏面有個下午茶，由於是週五下午下班後帶孩子出來玩，到酒店的時候已經晚上11點鐘了，前台主動告知餐廳已經下班，但第二天上午可以補上。第二天上午按我們要求的時間送到的房間。還有就是第二天中午退房的時候，主動送了兩個孩子一人一個小玩偶，孩子很喜歡；還主動問我們需不需要多帶幾瓶水，很貼心。 二個是環境很喜歡。專門定的花園海景房，打開南面的門就有一個小陽台花園，擺着有桌椅，能夠同時看到海景和山景。酒店有幾個小陽台小露台的，還有小海灘，都很出片。 三是早餐吃着還不錯。雖然稍稍簡單一點，但吃着蠻習慣的。另外，看到酒店還提供海鮮午餐晚餐，不過因為我的安排是體驗為主，第二天一早在酒店附近玩半天，下午坐輪渡去煙台，所以沒趕上嚐嚐午餐和晚餐，希望有機會再來多住幾天。

The experience was great, when we arrived Michael at conciege did my hubby a good one by upgrading our room, we got a spatacular ocean view with a balcony, this was a great kicker for my husband lol 😆, the overall experience was lovely, the breakfast was OK although you need to add more pastries to your menu, muffins, éclairs, cup cakes, petit fours, puff pastries and the likes, just to make the breakfast more interesting, orange juice was not there you only had two flavors which were not that nice pineapple and grapefruit. and please it's always good to acertertain what the guests needs and offer great service during breakfast, help the guest in acquiring things that the hotel is offering and go and little extra to provide a good service so that the guest is happy and they would cherish their stay at you hotel.

今年大連之旅最後一晚很幸運的選擇了安步 環境：菲姐的家就坐落在漁人碼頭旁邊，整體都是暖色的燈光，是一座很有古典美式氛圍的民宿，進門就會看見慵懶的菲姐。第一次來老闆就給免費升級了複式的房間，還有個大浴缸可以泡澡，最主要的是房間牆壁的隔音真的挺好，完全沒出現有些酒店隔壁説話聲都能聽見的情況，這點對睡眠不好的人來説真的太重要了 設施：該有的設備設施一應俱全（但不是智能的，比如馬桶、遮陽簾） 衞生：房間乾淨整潔，早上陽光照進一樓咖啡廳的感覺特別治癒 服務：老闆有求必應，有問題了也會及時溝通，必須要説的是早上為每個顧客都準備了特別精緻的早餐，因為次日早上要趕車，跟老闆説我那份早餐就不用準備了，老闆特意幫我把三明治打包帶走，誰懂冬日早晨急匆匆的趕車，坐上車以後掏出懷裡還温熱的三明治的救贖感...而且很合我個人的口味，真的很好吃 總之，來大連想體驗寵物友好和復古風格的民宿，安步絕對值得一來

Başlangıçta sadece bir gece rezervasyon yapmıştım; diğer iki gece için Dalian'da, puanları çok yüksek ve yakınlarda başka bir otelde yer ayırtmıştım. Ancak Kale Otel'de bir gece konakladıktan sonra burayı çok sevdim. Odalar özellikle güzeldi ve otel bir tepede olduğu için manzarası da oldukça geniş ve büyüleyiciydi. İkinci gece diğer otelde kaldığımda, deneyimim Kale Otel'le kıyaslandığında çok kötüydü. Bu yüzden uğraşarak son gece için tekrar Kale Otel'e geri döndüm. Kalmadan önce sürekli Kale Otel'in tesislerinin eski olduğuna ve listenin başındaki diğer oteller kadar iyi olmadığına dair yorumlar görüyordum. Ancak giriş yaptığımda, tesislerin aslında ***et iyi bakıldığını ve endişelenmeye gerek olmadığını fark ettim. Odaların dekorasyonu ve tasarımı özenle hazırlanmış; Avrupa şatosu tarzında, kaba veya görgüsüz zengin tarzında değil. Otel lobisi ve manzara terası da olağanüstü güzeldi; harika fotoğraflar çekilebiliyordu, hatta bazıları sırf fotoğraf çekmek için özel olarak buraya geliyordu. Son olarak, ve çok önemli, otelin bize tahsis ettiği, güzel ve nazik bir hanımefendi olan misafir ilişkileri sorumlusunu özellikle takdir etmek isterim. Giriş yapmadan önce benimle iletişime geçti ve konaklamam boyunca da çok ***retli ve sorumluluk sahibiydi; herhangi bir konuda zamanında geri bildirim aldık. Bu da oteldeki iki gecelik deneyimimi daha da harika hale getirdi. Gelecekte Dalian'a tekrar gelme fırsatım olursa, kesinlikle tekrar burada kalacağım!

Hotel not in busy city area but very convenient; Shopping mall & metro station is at next door. Overall Staff is attentive. They are not doing any fancy such room upgrade, big smile greeting or give out some souvenir. But I can feel some staff are very mindful such as women staff at gym, repair staff sent to my room to fix air conditioning problem; 2 thumps up for their truly service mind. Amenities is old style but I like most for baht tub & washing machine in room.

Room is clean but it is obvious that it has seen better days. Part of the closet door was spoilt, the leather on the chairs in the room is tattered, TV is extremely low definition for a supposedly 5 stars hotel. The sea view though is great, I guess that’s what everyone is paying for.

第一次看到照片一眼心動，定房間以後也很怕照騙，來了以後發現，完全超出預期。 我發的都是實拍無修圖，窗外景色確實絕美，角度問題躺着看日出費點勁😂站起來看就行，海上日出絕了，房間温度也夠暖和，哪怕我遇到了下雪天氣，也可以實現不冷不受罪看日出。 其實正常看着窗外藍色大海，都非常美，我覺得沒有必要去任何網紅咖啡店了，坐在露台就是山海。 服務也不錯，拿行李、打掃，都ok，管家看我問了早餐時間説起不來，第二天直接送到了房間裏。 我個人覺得沒什麼缺點，這個房型偏小，1個人住倒是足夠了，另外建議放個裝衣籃，衣架是繩子的，很文藝好看，就是女生一般衣服多，有點不夠掛。

My recent stay at the Hard Rock Hotel was outstanding! The room was incredibly comfortable and spotlessly clean – the perfect place to unwind with a great location near the beach. Dining was a highlight: the restaurant, which had a truly vibey atmosphere, made it even better by great live entertainment. I also thoroughly enjoyed the relaxing spa treatment. What truly set this stay apart was the exceptionally helpful management. They made me feel genuinely welcome and went out of their way to ensure all my needs were met. Highly recommend for comfort, fun, and top-notch service.

It’s little old , walls and windows are too thin can hear next door , bathroom Floorings and joints need to be sealed again as there is lot of dust but people wee very good

Bayshore hotel was an amazing stay we stayed in the family suite and it met our expectations. Everything was clean and spacious, the breakfast was okay, they did t have much of a western spread but it was up to standards just the food was always cold. The location was great it was really close to Xinghai park and xinghai square. The only issue we had was the elevator I know the concept of the twin elevator was innovative but during peak time you would wait a good 5 to 10 min for the elevator. However the stay was great and I would definitely consider staying at bayshore hotel again.
