"Hotel not in busy city area but very convenient; Shopping mall & metro station is at next door. Overall Staff is attentive. They are not doing any fancy such room upgrade, big smile greeting or give out some souvenir. But I can feel some staff are very mindful such as women staff at gym, repair staff sent to my room to fix air conditioning problem; 2 thumps up for their truly service mind. Amenities is old style but I like most for baht tub & washing machine in room."

"My recent stay at the Hard Rock Hotel was outstanding! The room was incredibly comfortable and spotlessly clean – the perfect place to unwind with a great location near the beach. Dining was a highlight: the restaurant, which had a truly vibey atmosphere, made it even better by great live entertainment. I also thoroughly enjoyed the relaxing spa treatment. What truly set this stay apart was the exceptionally helpful management. They made me feel genuinely welcome and went out of their way to ensure all my needs were met. "The experience was great, when we arrived Michael at conciege did my hubby a good one by upgrading our room, we got a spatacular ocean view with a balcony, this was a great kicker for my husband lol 😆, the overall experience was lovely, the breakfast was OK although you need to add more pastries to your menu, muffins, éclairs, cup cakes, petit fours, puff pastries and the likes, just to make the breakfast more interesting, orange juice was not there you only had two flavors which were not that nice pineapple and grapefruit. and please it's always good to acertertain what the guests needs and offer great service during breakfast, help the guest in acquiring things that the hotel is offering and go and little extra to provide a good service so that the guest is happy and they would cherish their stay at you hotel."

"Upon entering the hotel, I was greeted by a bright, welcoming smile. The check-in process was swift, and the staff kindly introduced me to the hotel facilities. They even unfolded a map to provide a detailed guide to Dalian’s highlights and the surroundings of the hotel. Politeness and warmth are truly at the heart of their service here. Guests need not feel uneasy in this unfamiliar city—the care they receive makes all the difference. While the InterContinental brand lives up to its renowned reputation, it is truly the active dedication of the hotel staff that brings it to life. At the front desk, Grace Zhao left a bright and wonderful first impression of the hotel, and her kindness made me forget I was in a new place. The next day, Lily Xia kindly introduced me to the excellent breakfast and local Dalian specialties, offering me the chance to truly savor them—she is one of those who showed me what the ”Dalian smile” and genuine warmth are all about. As I finished breakfast, the cup of warm coffee she offered felt like more than just a drink—it was a gentle gesture, as if to say, ”We won’t let you leave empty-handed or without a fond memory.” Personally, I feel that InterContinental Hotel truly has many wonderful people working here. It is also evident that the hotel invests actively and continuously in staff training. Located in the heart of Dalian, InterContinental Dalian enjoys an excellent geographical advantage, making it convenient and quick to get anywhere. The amenities here leave nothing to be desired—during my visit on a cold day, I enjoyed the spa and fitness facilities, which were thoroughly satisfying. The dining options are also diverse, catering to different tastes and offering delightful culinary experiences. Moreover, the room facilities, cleanliness, and the prompt, kind service from all the staff are advantages not easily found elsewhere in the area. As someone who travels frequently to this region for work, I can say with confidence: if asked about this hotel’s greatest strength, I would not hesitate to say it is the remarkable harmony of its people, location, and facilities. I can genuinely say I have no regrets about leaving this review under my real name. If you wish to fully enjoy Dalian’s scenery, flavors, and people, this hotel is the wisest choice. Especially friends like Grace and Lily will leave you with the most beautiful memories of Dalian. "Room is clean but it is obvious that it has seen better days. Part of the closet door was spoilt, the leather on the chairs in the room is tattered, TV is extremely low definition for a supposedly 5 stars hotel. The sea view though is great, I guess that’s what everyone is paying for."

İkinci gece diğer otelde kaldığımda, deneyimim Kale Otel'le kıyaslandığında çok kötüydü. Bu yüzden uğraşarak son gece için tekrar Kale Otel'e geri döndüm. Kalmadan önce sürekli Kale Otel'in tesislerinin eski olduğuna ve listenin başındaki diğer oteller kadar iyi olmadığına dair yorumlar görüyordum. Ancak giriş yaptığımda, tesislerin aslında ***et iyi bakıldığını ve endişelenmeye gerek olmadığını fark ettim. Odaların dekorasyonu ve tasarımı özenle hazırlanmış; Avrupa şatosu tarzında, kaba veya görgüsüz zengin tarzında değil. "This hotel is supercool. walk distance to the venice ciry. Clean, tidy room with beautiful sea and city view. I have experienced one of the bathrooms with beautiful view for the first time. Friendly reception staff and manager. Received 3 pastry cakes as birthday gift for my wife from the manager. I will admire the manager in charge miss Sun Wei for her great services. I recommend staying here"
