We had a pleasant time there, food was very good. We stayed in executive suite and the room is amazing. Special highlight to gunthur from f&b who gave us the best service and agnes and irhom front office who is very kind and helpful.

Strategic location with lots of useful ammenities. The apartment was nicely furnished, bed was very comfortable, small kitchen was handy to have and bathroom was clean. I also really enjoyed the cushion on the window seat to take in the view of Mt. Merapi. In the future I think that the check in and check out process could be streamlined, including contacting the guest prior to check in to provide the required information and maybe having a document in the apartment that outlines the check out process. Apart from that I was very happy with my stay and would visit again.

The stay was amazing and though the location is a bit far from city centre, it is worth the drive. The view is amazing, the service very friendly and accommodating. Plus the hotel is only 5 yrs old, so everything is in pristine condition. The breakfast choice is huge! It's only a 15 min drive to Prambanan Temple. I highly recommend staying in this hotel!

Hotel bintang 4 yang dekat dengan tempat wisata Tlogo putri Sebetulnya hotel ini bagus memiliki kamar yang cukup luas di tipe deluxe dan ada balcony juga , pelayanan disini juga ramah sangat di sayangkan kebersihan nya sangat buruk sekali. Waktu masuk ke kamar melihat linen yang kotor dan sepertinya tidak diganti terlihat noda dan ada rambut di kasur padahal belum sama sekali kami pakai untuk kasurnya . Lantai nya sepertinya tidak bersihkan dengan baik banyak sekali rambut yang tertinggal di kamar , di tembok yang sudah usang banyak spot2 , di dinding banyak sarang laba laba,debu yang masih menempel , gelas dikamar yang menurut saya kotor waktu di ganti tetap saja kotor petugas hanya bilang semua seperti itu karena gelas sudah lama. Parah sekali sih ini perihal kebersihan. Padahal hotel ini kalau di jaga dengan baik bagus loh Tim housekeeping dan manajemen hotel harus segera membenahi perihal ini . Dengan harga yang lumayan tetapi yang di dapatkan sangatlah kurang. Menurut saya sarapan juga biasa saja tidak ada yang spesial

We enjoyed our stay here with excellent service with a smile always. The room is very spacious and clean although the floor is not carpeted. The housekeeping services were prompt and exceeded our expectations and special mention to the staff Andri. This hotel is well centrally located next to the shopping mall and my room has an awesome view of the Merapi. However, the breakfast selections and tastes still have room for improvement. Also, the towels provided a little worn out and discoloured.

Only 2 good things about this hotel: service and breakfast spread - these are 5 stars! 👍 The rest are not up to expectations. 1. Location is far from town and airport. 2. Amenities are very old. A lot of things are spoiled and yet not replaced or repaired. 3. Because everything is old and dated, they look dirty too. Bedsheets are full of stains! 4. Water pressure of shower is very low. Take a long time to bathe. I booked here just because the event I was going to was hosted in this hotel. Glad that I didn’t extend my stay after the event. I am sorry but I won’t recommend this hotel.

Good and old hotel with bad maintenants... The rooms are dusty Bathroom flooded when we shower / take a bath Overall, need more attention on maintenant and cleaning...

帶陽台，可以抽煙，衞生打掃很及時乾淨，早餐還可以送房間，食品多樣豐富，泳池也是比較有特色，但是健身房的設備有點不安全，老舊了，裏面空氣不流通，異味有點重
