Bottled water is placed in the room, but guests are charged if they drink it and are expected to refill their own bottles at water dispensers. Supporting sustainability is commendable, but at least one complimentary bottle per guest on arrival should be a basic hospitality standard. 👎 👎 👎 👎 👎 👎 Breakfast was charged at the full rate, but the hotel did not provide the standard buffet service. Instead, guests could only choose from six set menu options. 👎 👎 👎 👎 👎 👎 Staff members appeared to have limited problem-solving ability, and issues were not handled efficiently during the stay."
