"The location is amazing; I appreciate that room service checks in daily, providing bottled water and coffee regularly while also changing towels. We were there for 7 nights, by the way. I rated the service a 4, not due to the room service or location. I believe extending early check-in would enhance the experience. We arrived at 9 AM since our flight landed early, but early check-in was not permitted. After the 12-hour flight, we were exhausted and intended to rest that day, but we lounged on the couch until 3 PM before checking in. What frustrates me is the male receptionist. We sat on the couch for more than 6 hours, just waiting until people showed up around 2 pm, and I noticed that they let them check in immediately despite it being 2 pm. So, I approached the receptionist, and to my surprise, they allowed us to check in even though it was still 2 pm. The receptionist showed no courtesy to inform us, even though they were aware that we had been waiting. In general, the location is excellent, the bed is cozy, the area is tidy, it's unfortunate we didn't take advantage of the pool. However, everything, including the view, is absolutely worth it. A tip for future bookers, especially if you can't speak Korean: always use Google Translate."

"Location is in Aewol, so buildings are a little spaced out and require a few minutes of walking to get to any convenience store. That said, the hotel itself was awesome. The driveway leading up to the hotel looked like it was a shot from Beverly Hills. Booked the family suite with two bedrooms, each with an attached toilet with a very spacious living room. The hotel kindly gave us the sea view, which was breath taking and easily the best hotel room view I've ever seen. The staff were very friendly and patiently provided information of tourist attractive around Jeju island. Just in front of the hotel is a Cafe Noeully, for which we were given coupons for free Americanos as guests at the hotel. The cafe has a very impressive spread of luxurious-looking bread and nice slouching seats facing the sea to enjoy the view while chilling. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking to live in the Aewol area of Jeju."

"One staff member excelled! Kur yi kim! One negative is tgst we as 2 60 year old women were not allowed to check in upon arrival even tho the room was ready. You have to pay 10,000 won per extra hour. Check in is not until 3! And cgeck out is 11!!!! And after alot of travel with no sleep this was cruel. My “mountain view” was actually a side of a concrete building. They said they will move me. Very helpful to get extra towel, help with taxi service and help to find cafe."

"Location is wonderful, opposite of the hotel that's one cafe scenery is damn good, should go try it... Lots of restaurants beside... Car park is some how misleading... Carpark is sharing with another hotel.. overall worth to stay here..m"

"Everything was excellent except language barrier, but for me it's not a big deal though. Still recommended. 1. 35 minutes from airport by walking, which is very helpful if you've an early morning flight. 2. Near bus station, city park, 24h convient store, ATM, and everything you need. 3. Room is quite spacious ❤️🔥 4. All rooms are not for smoking, but if you're smoker, their provide smoking area beside hotel building."
