"Check-in is exactly at 3 p.m., at 2:40 the room was still not ready. The room is spacious, with a refrigerator, kettle, and hair dryer. The entrance door didn’t work well — the lock closed only every other time, so it. The large bed had a firm mattress, which might not suit everyone, while the small bed was fine in that regard. The location is excellent, just a 5-minute taxi ride to the airport."

"Hotel Whistlelark Jeju was our choice for a 6 days 5 nights stay in Jeju, booked via Trip.com, and overall, the hotel left us with mixed feelings. On the positive side, the price was reasonable, especially for Jeju standards, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. We specifically chose a sea-facing room with a balcony, which came at a slightly higher cost, but it was worth it. The balcony view of the sea was lovely, especially in the morning and at sunset, making it a relaxing place to unwind after a day of exploring the island. Check-in is strictly at 3pm, so when we arrived early, we left our luggage at the front desk without issue. While waiting, I took the opportunity to take some photos of the lobby for review purposes. Unfortunately, this led to a very unpleasant interaction with a front desk staff member. He abruptly told me that I was not allowed to take photos of the front desk and insisted that I delete the photo on my phone, even demanding to watch me erase it. Despite explaining that the photo was only for a review and did not clearly show his face, he remained firm and intimidating. What made the situation more confusing was that later, near the lift lobby, there was a banner encouraging guests to leave reviews. The contradiction, coupled with the rude and confrontational approach, left a sour impression. Being told you cannot photograph a hotel lobby — especially in such a manner — felt unnecessary and unwelcoming. Overall, Hotel Whistlelark Jeju is decent in terms of room quality, cleanliness, location, and sea views, but the front desk experience significantly affected our perception. Hospitality matters, and unfortunately, this incident overshadowed what could have been a more enjoyable stay."

"首先，酒店的位置還是ok滴～步行到新羅免税店的直線距離，大約是15分鐘～ 酒店是3點後入住，11點前退房～前台不會中文，可以英文，韓文，或者，翻譯軟件！ 態度很好，有行李暫時寄存！酒店有電梯～用房卡進房間！房間每天有打擾和垃圾處理！打擾的阿姨會中文！毛巾每天更換（本人自行攜帶用品，不評論此類物品的乾淨程度-包括床上用品，個人洗漱用品，拖鞋等），不提供一次性用品（韓國一般都沒有提供，高級的大型酒店會有，小型旅店，民宿都不會有）！有提供拖鞋，乾濕分離～進門，整體看上去是乾淨的，地板，個人建議，如果要就地坐下的話，自己再擦一下！唯一不好的，鏡子對着床……可能我們比較忌諱，所以，自己用東西遮擋了～ 還有就是，床頭沒有插座，充電衹有在梳粧桌那塊有～廁所是智能的，就是浴缸和淋浴在同一區域～隔音效果過得去，用了耳塞，不太有影響～ 濟州島市區附近都很方便，不存在交通問題～走哪裡都有吃的喝的和24小時便利店～ 可以説，這個房間，對得起這個價格！小夥伴們，一定要帶好轉換接頭，可以的話，2個以上！"

"Nice place for stay with beautiful view. Is very peaceful and strategies. This hostel near convenient store that's call CU. The beach is directly in front the hotel. I book room with 3 bed for 3 people. I will recommend this hotel :)"

"The hotel has a good location. There are various restaurants, shops and bus stations nearby. It was not new, but neat and clean with everything needed. We arrived after midnight and checked-in fast. The lady at the reception said there were no restaurants open at that time, but we actually found a couple of nice ones nearby."

"Jeju Oriental Hotel offers a comfortable and convenient stay in Jeju City. The rooms are spacious and clean, with ocean views that add a relaxing touch. Staff are attentive, and the location is ideal—close to Black Pork Street and Yongduam Rock. However, the casino was underwhelming: small in size, with very limited game options, and only baccarat was operational during my visit. If you’re not there for gaming, the hotel still delivers solid value and a pleasant experience overall. Great for sightseeing and unwinding, but not the best pick for casino enthusiasts."

"Konum, Dongmen Pazarı'na yakın, Dongmen Pazarı ve Qixing Caddesi'ne yürüme mesafesinde. Doğrudan duty free mağazasına giden otobüse binmek çok kolay. Karşısında bir park var ve birçok insan Kore kıyafetleriyle fotoğraf çekiyor. Yakınlarda marketler de var. Genel olarak oldukça kullanışlı. Check-in işlemi self-servis ve servis personeli yok. Vardığınızda kodu tarayıp talimatları izleyin. Yanında bir video açıklaması da var. Evdeki olanaklar nispeten eski. Çıktığımda temizlikçi kadını temizlik yaparken gördüm."

"Kıştan önce görmediğim Jeju Adası'nı görmek için Hamdeok Plajı önünde bulunan Aimi Jeju Otel'de bir gece konakladım. Plaja yakın olması güzeldi bu yüzden bagajımı otelde bırakıp biraz temiz hava alabildim. İç olanaklar temiz ve fiyatı makul, bu yüzden bir daha geldiğimde tekrar kalmayı planlıyorum. Hamdeok'un Jeju'da seyahat ederken gördüğüm en iyi yer olduğunu düşünüyorum."
