"Muy recomendable!! Un BuenoBonitoBarato en la isla de Cat Ba. Según lo que hemos conocido es difícil encontrar algo así en Vietnam!!! Gem, la dueña, es súper hospitalaria, siempre con una sonrisa. Desde el día de la reserva se puso en contacto con nosotros para saber la hora de llegada y si necesitábamos algo (incluso nos ofreció transporte que nos recogería en nuestro hotel anterior en Ha Long y nos dejarían en la puerta del Napoli). Lo tiene todo preparado para que puedas organizar el viaje desde su ”centro de mando”: alquiler de motos, servicio de lavandería, diferentes tours por la isla y desayuno con diferentes menús, todos acompañados de bebidas y fruta. También el viaje para ir a tu próximo destino... Todo a buen precio Las habitaciones son como en las fotos, y la ropa de cama y toallas están limpias. Hay amenities básicas, así como café, té y agua. Hay nevera, y agua caliente. Si volvemos a Cat Ba, volveremos al Napoli!!"

"I needed a place to stay when the ferries closed due to a typhoon and this was a neat spot to find on short notice. The comment I am making is based on the amount of money being paid for Vietnamese standards so the room has everything you need and the bed is comfortable, however I felt the blanket was quite thin. The menu for food was only in Vietnamese. There are snacks and drinks in the room that are cheap, but I was hesitant on the bottled water when I had seen it was opened already and I wondered if it was just refilled instead of being a new bottle? The reception staff were very kind, helpful and lovely to speak with. The breakfast was small in variety and the English Breakfast I got was what I feel a way to save costs by giving ham instead of bacon? Again only due to the price being paid did I expect something of better quality in some regards. However I am grateful for a place to stay when I was stuck. There are restaurants nearby, a very good western bar with good food and lovely local vietnamese seafood spots. It is in walking distance to the beach."

"Çarşaflar temiz değildi, ancak ev sahibi bunun uzun süreli kullanımdan kaynaklandığını ve her gün yıkadığını söyledi. Bunun dışında her şey yolundaydı. "We stayed for 2 nights here in the top floor family room. We had a nice large terrace facing the mountain. The room was spotlessly clean, the mattress was good and there was enough lighting all around. Plenty of free bottled water was provided. The bathroom was huge with both a shower and bathtub. Breakfast was fresh and delicious, with pancake and pho and fresh fruits. The service was very good, whenever we had a query, we were promptly addressed via WhatsApp with the owner. The location is just right for us, who want to be a few mins walking distance to the main street and restaurant and is quiet enough away from loud music from the tourist bars and restaurants. We highly recommend this place for anyone staying in Catba. Thank you to the owner!"

"Excelente hotel. Está un poco lejos del centro pero puedes alquilar moto o te facilitan taxis. Puedes reservar excursiones con ellos directamente. El restaurante fenomenal. Todo lo que comimos estuvo delicioso. Muy amables todos el personal."

"Review for View Point Anh Quan Hotel, Cat Ba I recently had the pleasure of staying at the View Point Anh Quan Hotel in Cat Ba, and I must say it was a delightful experience. The hotel is situated in a quiet area, which provided a peaceful retreat after a day of exploring the beautiful surroundings. The location is perfect, just a short walk from the pier and close to Cat Co beach, making it convenient for sightseeing and enjoying the local attractions. The room I stayed in was spacious and clean, with stunning views from both my balcony and the rooftop cafe. Waking up to such breathtaking scenery was truly a highlight of my trip. The staff at the hotel were exceptional; they were friendly, attentive, and went out of their way to ensure that my stay was comfortable. They helped arrange transportation from Hanoi to Cat Ba and even organized a fantastic day trip to Ha Long Bay for me. Breakfast at the hotel was enjoyable with a variety of options available, including made-to-order eggs that were delicious. The overall atmosphere of the hotel felt welcoming and homely, which made my stay even more enjoyable. I would highly recommend View Point Anh Quan Hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant stay in Cat Ba!"

"The room was amazing, the views from the balcony on 14th floor just stunning. There's a kitchen in the room, only for display as you will get fined for using even the microwave 😂 We had to ask for clean towels and water one day, because it had been forgotten when the room was made up. The hotel is HUGE so getting to and from the pool or open restaurant is a big trip, there's no way the kids could go anywhere on their own in this massive complex. The kids club is just a room, no club as such. The games in the kids club room are incredibly expensive so we didn't use at all. The view from the third building restaurant is amazing if you get there early enough to get a window seat. The breakfast buffet is ok. When it gets busy though, the food keeps running out. There was one! Coffee pot for probably 400 people so you have to run back and forth across this massive restaurant to check if it's been refilled. We had buffet lunch once, which was very poor. For 1.7M VND you don't even get water to drink but have to buy separately and there are not many options for kids to eat. Again, the food ran out so you had to walk up and down several times to check if it's been replaced and dodge the crowds on the way. Not a very nice experience. The hotel cannot help with bookings or suggestions for excursions unless you book their tours, which are wildly overpriced and few to choose from. Hotel pools were amazing for our kids! The stay was nice overall but we wouldn't go back to this hotel."

"The hotel is located in a fantastic and beautiful place, in a small village surrounded by mountains. It is very quiet and peaceful here. The rooms meet all the basic requirements, the staff is very kind and helpful, and the food is delicious."
