"Poor service for the kitchen team during breakfast, my family and I came at 06.30 on Friday and there was only 1 employee on standby.. some sections were still empty of condiments such as in the chicken soto and bubh there were no boiled eggs. In the bread section the jam had not been refilled, there was no jam knife. In the egg section there was no employee who said it would only open at 7. However, until 07.40 someone only appeared after I kept asking. When at 07.20 I asked there was no egg station, finally the employee guarding the table took the initiative to ask for it from the kitchen who made it directly but only for scrambled eggs I waited for almost 20 minutes. The service was very slow, the plates & spoons that were arranged were also not very clean. There was still food residue on the spoon. The staff who were supposed to be on standby for breakfast which started at 06.00 am only arrived at almost 08.00 am.. When I checked out I wanted to take my stuff from the freezer when checking in and I waited 40 minutes because the kitchen didn't know where to put my stuff. Even though the receptionist had given me a luggage tag when checking in. The service in the kitchen needs to be improved because it was very slow."

"⭐ Very Disappointing Experience – I Would Not Recommend This Hotel I booked two rooms at this hotel through Trip.com 2weeks before check-in for my cousin, who was coming for a graduation at UNAIR. The rooms were under similar names but with different last names and two different room types at different prices. I received two separate booking confirmations, and Trip.com confirmed that both reservations were valid. However, on the day of check-in, the hotel claimed they had only received one reservation. My cousin was left without clear information or a proper solution until late in the evening. When I contacted the hotel, a staff member named Nisha repeatedly insisted that she could only see one reservation, despite the fact that I had confirmation for both bookings and Trip.com verified that both were valid. What was most disappointing was the lack of communication and effort from the hotel to resolve the situation promptly. Thankfully, the Trip.com customer service agent was extremely helpful and immediately worked to resolve the problem. I truly appreciate Trip.com for stepping in when the hotel failed to properly handle the situation. This was supposed to be a special occasion for my cousin’s graduation, not a stressful evening dealing with a hotel reservation problem that had already been confirmed. The way this situation was handled was extremely unprofessional. If I could give a negative star rating, I would. Save yourself the time, money, and stress and book another hotel. I would not recommend this hotel."
