"We had a really nice stay at the plaza. Great location and very central. Very comfortable rooms and amenities. The stay were very friendly and helpful.. even with our limited Japanese we managed quite well. The restaurant was good for dinner and the buffet breakfast had a good selection of western and Japanese"

"The hotel is located on a hill a little away from the city center, so the view from the rooms is beautiful and you can see the whole city. The hotel also has Tonan Onsen, which guests can use free of charge. The water is of good quality and has a strong alkaline content that makes the skin smooth. However, since the hotel is used by many group tourists, there were three tour buses staying there on the day we stayed."

"If you drive here by yourself, the location is good and it has its own free ground parking lot. There is a multi-story parking garage next to the hotel but it is charged. The room was OK, a bit old but clean. There are many places to eat nearby, and there is a very good barbecue restaurant"
