"this is a very nice place that has a lot of amenities facilities, but one of the nights they assign someone like a big group to the unit above us and it was horrible. They played music all night and it was really disruptive on sleep. Thankfully when we called them the receptionist they were able to sort of rectify the issue pretty rapidly but I’m not sure if there were limit to the number of people to a room, because it seem like that had a very very big group."

"Otel servisi çok kibar ve güler yüzlüydü. Dekorasyon eski modaydı ama çok temizdi. Hava açık ve sakinse, dalış için harika bir zaman. Otelin iskelesi, cam tabanlı tekne iskelesinin hemen yanında. Otel odanızın anahtarıyla, cam tabanlı tekne ve su altı gözlem güvertesi paketinde 400 yen indirimden yararlanabilirsiniz. Odalarda Nespresso makineleri var, ancak süt yok. Neyse ki, Ryukyu Oteli'nin yakınında, soğutmalı vitrinde Morinaga UHT sütü satın alabileceğiniz küçük bir market var. Sauna, kapalı yüzme havuzunun üst katında; sauna dolabı anahtarını havuz yönetiminden isteyebilirsiniz. Dalış rezervasyonu da onlar aracılığıyla yapıldı. "My first time in Nago, I took a bus from Naha Airport Station and got off at Nago City Hall stop. After crossing the small alleyway past the city hall, I turned south and walked for about eight or nine minutes to reach the hotel. Check-in at the hotel started at 3 PM. The check-in form was pre-printed; I just signed it and that was it. The room was very clean and spacious, with a balcony facing Nago Harbor overlooking the sea. The hotel was fully equipped with a large refrigerator, washing machine, TV, induction cooker, and exhaust fan. It also provided cooking utensils such as a frying pan, bowls, chopsticks, knives, and dish soap, making it very convenient to buy groceries and cook my own meals. There were two FamilyMart supermarkets next to the hotel, and a shop called "Eighteen Streets" on the shopping street that sold various cheap boxed lunches every morning. Further south, there was an indoor market. The only downside was the lack of large shopping malls nearby."

"Aside from the pleasant scenery, private beach, and water facilities, there's not much else to recommend. First, I sent two emails to confirm the booking before departure; the second email had a Japanese translation, but I didn't receive a reply before check-in. The room key was an old-fashioned twist-lock key. You insert the key into the power outlet after entering the room. There was a sign next to the main power outlet reminding you to take off your shoes before entering, but the carpet felt old. Luckily, disposable slippers were provided. The room was very large (it could fit four single beds) and had a terrace with a beautiful sea view. However, I was hesitant about the toilet-kitchen-room-within-a-room design. Although the kitchen had a zinc plate, the air in the room was completely stuffy. We always kept the door open when we were in the room, only closing it when we went to sleep. The toilet was the size of a typical inn. The only newly installed appliances in the room seemed to be the air conditioner and TV. However, after my daughter and I checked in, our nasal allergies flared up. Looking up, I saw a thick layer of dust on the screen, which explained our symptoms. Since we were already fully settled and worried that cleaning would only make things worse, we didn't notify the hotel. Furthermore, the cleaning felt very sloppy. The bed wasn't made, and not all the trash was removed. The tissue scraps left on the floor last night weren't cleaned up either. The thermos flask also had limescale, so it wasn't used. The tissues weren't refilled either. There are no convenience stores near the hotel; it's a 5-10 minute drive to one. This was not a very good experience."

"Thought we can use the facilities in that resort for Greek. It turns out everything you will need money. The car park 1500jpy for 2 nights in a remote area. If you do not have plan to play in that campus I strongly recommend not to live there. The location is quite remote, far from other popular attractions. The staff is a bit shy and will avoid talking with you even you are in a queue and she just finished work and gone without talking to you for next staff. 7/10 General rating ."
