"I stayed at the Nagoya Tokyu Hotel for 4 consecutive nights, and my last night was completely ruined by an unacceptable housekeeping incident. On my final day, I intentionally left my iPad plugged into the bedside outlet to charge while I was out. When I returned, my personal charger had been forcibly pulled out of the socket. Worse yet, at 7:00 AM the next morning, I was suddenly awoken by a loud alarm blaring from the bedside control panel. The alarm system in this room requires a deliberate press of a physical button to be turned on. Since I had absolutely no reason to wake up at 7:00 AM during my vacation, someone had clearly tampered with the panel. When I complained, the housekeeping manager sent an email denying that the staff did it, implying that it was my own doing—which is completely impossible. Most shockingly, the manager's email officially admitted that under a "new safety policy" implemented on August 18, 2026, hotel staff are now authorized to unplug guests' personal electronic devices and portable batteries if they are left charging while the guest is out. This means the hotel officially permits its staff to touch, handle, and unplug your personal belongings in your room without your consent. Under the guise of safety, this is a severe violation of guest privacy and a massive security risk. If you care about your personal privacy, data safety, and uninterrupted sleep, I highly recommend avoiding this hotel."

"I reserved this hotel due to its location and its relatively low nightly rate (breakfast included). I had quite a good experience staying here. It’s less than a 5-minute walk from Hisayaodori Subway Station. The check-in was self-service check-in, and it was pretty easy. The room we reserved was relatively small, but clean and tidy, with enough space to open two 22” suitcases and arrange our belongings. As for everything else, we had what we needed, and I rested well. The facilities and amenities were pretty much as advertised in the Services & Amenities section. However, there’s no designated smoking area, which I missed. The interesting thing is that it has a Shampoo Bar, which allows us to try out some shampoo products. I also enjoyed the public bath. The breakfast tasted good. They offer buffet-style Japanese meals with a good selection of side dishes and drinks. One of the downsides is that the dining area is small, and at times it can be so crowded during breakfast that it’s hard to move around."

"The room is tiny, and it takes some getting used to the cramped space, but it's well-equipped with everything you need. I even managed to squeeze a large suitcase between the bed and the TV without tripping over it. Despite the windows facing the railway, you can barely hear the trains. The hotel has its own onsen, but I didn't use it. There's no room key, just a coded lock, and check-out isn't required – you just leave, which is convenient. You need to pick up pajamas and a suitable pillow from reception. On the first day, there were no soft pillows left, and I slept poorly on a bead pillow :( The breakfast is basic and always the same. Out of 4 days, I went twice and then stopped. Curry isn't really breakfast food, and the salad, omelets, sausages, and pastries quickly get boring. Overall, for 5-7 thousand rubles a night, the hotel is more than okay. However, during F1 days, it cost 27.6 thousand rubles per night, which is a massive rip-off, even with its ideal location for those using the express bus to Suzuka Circuit from Nagoya Station."

Drinks/beer are delivered to the lobby every day, and there are a lot of comic books on the first floor that I didn't have time to experience. In general, it is a hotel with complete functions that meets travel needs. By the way, there is a hot spring bath, and you have to pay the tax whether you bathe in the hot spring or not. In addition, the transportation is more suitable for walking from the high-speed rail bus station."
