The hotel staff is very friendly and we got a room with super nice view. The room was huge as compared to many hotels in Japan and I love the concept. Lots of spaces for our big luggages to open up easily for packing and we so LOvE the view.. the night view was amazing. When we switched off the room lights, we got the night view of the city landscape and my boy doesn’t want to check out of the hotel! We will definitely come back again❤️"

I was so angry and asked them to find someone who could speak English. After a long wait, a woman finally came out, looking a bit arrogant. After I explained the situation, she said there was no such rule. I told her I just wanted to clarify who made the rule about one bottle per person per day. I could do without their water, but I needed an explanation! Service: Genuinely poor, can't compare to before."

"Daha önce kaldığım odada sorun yaşamamıştım ama bu sefer kaldığım odadaki yatak ortası çöküktü ve sırt ağrım olduğu için rahatsız ediciydi, kenarda yattım. Bunu ilk bakışta anlamak muhtemelen mümkün olmayacaktır, bu yüzden personelin düzenli olarak kontrol edip içinde uyumasının en iyisi olacağını düşünüyorum. Ayrıca geçen sefer böyle olmamıştı ama odaya girdiğim anda ağır bir koku vardı, alt kattaki lobi güzel kokmasına rağmen odadaki koku ile oradaki koku arasında çok fark vardı, hayal kırıklığıydı. Ayrıca, orada birkaç gün kaldığım sırada, yakındaki bir sokakta bıçaklanma olayı yaşandı ve yakındaki bir kavşakta yürürken, sola dönen bir araba iki aşamada gaza bastı, neredeyse vücuduma değecek kadar ve sanki caddeyi hemen geçmezsem beni ezeceklermiş gibi arkamdan çok yaklaştı, bu yüzden bölgenin çok güvenli olmadığını düşünüyorum.
