Entering the room was even worse. The hygiene was appalling; the walls were moldy, the sink was covered in grime, the toilet was dirty, some of the switches were wobbly, and there were cockroaches crawling on the floor. I had a terrible night's stay. It was more like a hostel than a hotel. After this experience, I will never come to Quanzhou again. It shows how poorly managed the city is; how could something this bad be rated as a hotel?"
