"The hotel was decent, and we booked on Ctrip and got a late check-out of 3:00 PM. However, for some reason, the hotel department had a disagreement. We had come back from Guangwu Mountain to soak in the hot springs to cool down, but when we returned at 1:00 PM, they canceled our room and disappeared without a trace of our bath towels and personal belongings. Thankfully, the floor staff immediately reopened it for us. However, the hot spring pool wouldn't drain, and we waited over half an hour for it to work. The bespectacled guy was incredibly helpful, constantly arranging things outside the door and offering to extend our check-out further, but we gave up due to our late return. Another minor detail: the living room toilet didn't even have a seat or lid. Even with two toilets, they should have been fully equipped, otherwise it felt a bit makeshift."

"I attended a wedding during National Day and visited Mincang Mountain ⛰️. I checked the weather and knew it would rain during the holiday, so I wasn't particularly excited for this trip. We arrived at our booked hotel that afternoon, a farmhouse, and the owner was incredibly welcoming! He upgraded our room for free, and the mountain view was stunning! The next day, we were late getting back down the mountain, and there were no buses back to the city. We were unsure what to do and couldn't get a taxi. The owner enthusiastically helped us find a rideshare and contacted a driver at a fantastic price! A truly welcoming owner! I highly recommend it!"
