Grand Mercure Nasu Highlands Resort & Spa
"Family friendly . A lot of kid’s activities. So, it will be noisy everywhere. Good food but always need to queue on weekends"
Hotel Shiki No Yakata Nasu
"Loved it, will definitely go back. The service was excellent!"
SANU 2nd Home Nasu 3rd
"This was my first time staying at SANU Nasu 3rd. The room was very clean, and I was impressed by how clean the outdoor bath and sauna were! The large table and lovely sofa in the center of the room made it incredibly comfortable, and I really enjoyed eating meals and watching movies around the large table! There were also dishes, cutlery, and cooking utensils provided, which made me think it would be nice to cook something in the room. I used the outdoor bath and sauna a lot, so I was grateful that there were plenty of bath towels and face towels. However, while shampoo, conditioner, and body soap were provided, I was a little disappointed that there was no facial cleanser or lotion. You'll need to bring your own. The bed was also spacious and very comfortable."
Hotel Floracion Nasu
"The room was spacious and clean. The baths were well-equipped with a sauna, a cold bath, and an open-air bath, so I could stay there for hours. Breakfast was served buffet style, and everything was delicious. The omelettes they cooked for me were also great!"
Nasu Onsen Sanraku
"Wonderful Sake Brewery tour with lunch and sake tasting. Owner of the company gave us the tour. We took a train there from Kyoto and it was a very nice day."
Wellness Forest Nasu
"This time, a friend introduced me to the hotel and I stayed there, and I was very pleased."
YU-FURI NASU-TAKAO ONSEN LODGE
"All the staff were wonderful and very kind. It wasn't the kind of heartless service you often find; I felt genuine warmth. The building was bright, very clean, and well-maintained. I was with my two-year-old, and although it was a Japanese-style room, the lack of shoji screens made it a comfortable and relaxing space. The hot spring water was incredibly soothing, truly relieving my daily fatigue. The adjacent game center, table tennis, eat-in area, and relaxation area were also great, with massage chairs and Yogibo beanbag chairs. It was clean, and my child seemed to enjoy themselves freely. Having two elevators was also a plus. Even without makeup in the morning, I didn't mind using the elevator closest to the bath. There were also games like Jenga and treats like grilled mitarashi buns, which were great services and inexpensive treats. Furthermore, the outdoor "Sky Bath" where you wear a swimsuit was very modern, and I took lots of great photos. I was also happy to see the toothbrush and yukata amenities, and the bath itself had shampoo and conditioner. I definitely want to come back again."
Hotel Mori No Kaze Nasu
"Brand new hotel with 360 view of Mt Nasu on 7/F onsen floor. Food is good with creative menu."
Rakuten STAY VILLA Nasu
"Nice and excellent stay. Will share to friends about this place and stay."

Blancvert Nasu Onsen Hotel
"This is a very fun hotel. This time (9/9-10) I stayed with my son's family. Originally, we had planned to visit in August with the whole family (my son's family, 12 people), but we canceled due to the approaching typhoon. However, when we told them that we would be staying in September, they said that there would be no cancellation fee. It was very helpful. Now, moving on to the actual Nasu trip, on the 9th, we spent the whole day at Nasu Highland Park, which had a lot of play equipment and was very satisfying for both children and adults. We stayed in a Japanese-style room at the hotel. It was a bit old-fashioned and had an old-fashioned smell. However, the dinner (buffet) had a lot of dishes and was satisfying, which seemed to remove that negative feeling. We also had shabu-shabu, so everyone was satisfied. (We ate a bit too much...) Also, before dinner, the children had a great time in the pool and seemed very satisfied. We were satisfied with the bath, but unfortunately it was raining so we couldn't stay for a long time. Breakfast was also a buffet, but it was pretty tasty. Oh, I forgot to mention something important. Dinosaurs greeted us at the entrance, in the lobby, in front of the elevator, and in front of the rooms. It was a hotel that lived up to its name [Jurassic Hotel]. We had a very enjoyable time. On the 10th, we played putt-putt golf, and at Minamigaoka Farm, we made sausages and butter sausages, and we all enjoyed tasting them. We've been to Nasu three times this year, but we'd like to go again and again."
Nasu Sunlight Hotel
"My room featured a balcony with views of the golf course, making for a very comfortable stay. The course meal truly impressed me with its creative and thoughtful preparation of vegetables and fruits, which I thoroughly enjoyed. It was the perfect hotel for someone like me looking for a quiet, solo retreat. Next time, I'm looking forward to joining the stargazing night tour."
Ohmaru Onsen Ryokan
"This hot spring inn is said to be a hidden hot spring in Oku-Nasu. While it borders Fukushima Prefecture, it's not too far away—just an hour from the Nasu Interchange on the Tohoku Expressway. If you reserve in advance, they offer shuttle service from the nearest station (please check with the inn in advance). If you arrive by car, parking is not available directly in front of the inn; you must park in a free prefectural parking lot about 300 meters away and then walk. You can hear the sound of the hot spring flowing just before the entrance. The water is abundant. Upon arrival, you'll be guided to the lobby right next to the inn, where you can enjoy a complimentary welcome drink. Here, belongings of General Nogi from the Russo-Japanese War are on display, suggesting a connection to the inn. The inn's interior is a little confusing, but once you get used to it, it's easy to get lost. There's a drinking fountain halfway between the rooms. The hot springs are a highlight. While there is no gender-segregation, the open-air bath (actually a natural river) is exceptional. The large open-air bath is divided into three sections, but it's mixed-gender. However, bathing attire (shorts for men, one-piece dresses for women, both dark brown) is provided, so I think you don't have to worry too much about being seen by the opposite sex (this is my personal opinion). The bottom of the open-air bath is the riverbed, and your feet touch the gravel directly, which feels a little painful, but it feels like a foot reflexology massage. There is a public bath called "Shika no Yu" nearby, but the water quality is completely different, and quite gentle. We ate in the dining area, which is essentially separated like a private room, so we didn't have to worry about other people's eyes. The food was also very delicious, and the portions were just right. You can order using a tablet. It was a very nice hot spring inn."
Hotel Harvest Nasu
"I made a reservation through a travel site. It is a members-only hotel, but the general public can also make reservations. I arrived before noon, but I couldn't enter the room until check-in time. The room was a little far from the front desk and the large public bath, but it wasn't too bad. The garden was beautiful and I wanted to take a walk in the morning. There was also a foot bath. The interior was clean and modern. Children who needed bedding had to set up their own beds, and there was a paper with instructions on how to make the sofa bed. The hot spring was larger than I expected, and the changing room was also spacious. The pool was also connected to the changing room, which was convenient. It was also nice that the laundry and massage chairs were available for free. The game room seemed to have different hours of use depending on the season. It costs 100 yen per time, and you can play six times for 500 yen. Dinner requires a reservation in advance. We rented a car, so we went out to eat gyoza. The breakfast buffet was delicious. I would like to use it again."
Hotel Epinard Nasu
"The environment is excellent, the service is great, and there are many activities to participate in at the hotel. Highly recommended!"
Jizaiso
"An old-style hot spring hotel with good service"
Hotel Sunvalley Nasu
"I decided to choose a smoking hotel from the beginning, but there was no ashtray in the room. When I asked the staff, they said "Smoking is prohibited in the entire building" and it has been like that since March of this year... I'll let them know... but there was no response, and there was no word when I checked out. What do you think about this?"
SANU 2nd Home Nasu 1st
"It was good."
Towa Pure Cottages
"I purposely came here to experience the AURA transparent dome. It felt good. There are various types of independent rooms, but when sleeping in the AURA dome, the toilet and bathroom must be shared in a shared space. I felt like I received a gift because I got free admission to the attached Highland Park."
Ashino Onsen Hotel
"I stayed overnight with my wife at this alkaline hot spring. The hotel is surrounded by a grove of trees, and there are nothing around except related facilities. The hot springs are source-fed (heated) in three of the five baths for men and women, and the two baths for the herbal baths were pooled water. The Uchi no Yu baths, one for men and one for women, are source-fed. There are two springs, both alkaline with a pH of around 9.0, and the Tsuru no Yu bath was especially slimy. The herbal baths include Nagi no Yu and Nami no Yu, which contain herbal medicines. Nagi no Yu is stimulating and tingly, so if you have sensitive skin, we recommend that you start with Nami no Yu. There are also lymphatic and foot massages available in the building. The room we used was on the third floor of the main building and had two tatami beds. It was not new, but it was kept clean, quiet, and relaxing. The meals were mainly country cuisine, which was healthy and delicious. In addition, most of the guests were elderly. Perhaps because of this, a Showa era pop song show was held in the lobby in the evening. This is a recommended hotel for seniors who love hot springs!"
Hotel Laforet Nasu
"It was very clean and nice. I will use it again."
