"Some hotels impress with their current excellence. Others, with the excellence they once had. This one clearly falls into the latter category. You can tell that it was once a top-tier establishment. The infrastructure is there, the concept is there, and the setting is there too. The potential remains intact. The problem isn't structural; it's operational. It's about attention to detail, or rather, the unfortunate lack thereof. It's evident this was a very good unit and still has high potential. The problem isn't structural; it's a lack of care and detailed management. The deterioration is visible in small things: overgrown lawns, weeds growing between paving stones in outdoor areas. The indoor pool area has rust and an unsightly appearance, easily fixable with basic maintenance. The outdoor pool is not well-maintained. The children's pool has a constant, toilet-flushing-like noise, which is incompatible with relaxation. More critically, the indoor pool has insects. In an enclosed space, this is unacceptable and would be simple to resolve with proper sealing. In the rooms, issues arise such as dirty bedding. The changing rooms by the indoor pool are clearly in need of renovation. The awning at the entrance is dirty. Flags are degraded. Exterior windows have visible grime. Untreated rust spots. None of this requires significant investment; it requires management and rigor. The overall feeling is of a quality hotel that has been neglected. Positive points: The staff are excellent, friendly, and helpful. Efficient reception. Exceptional breakfast, with variety and attention to specific needs like celiacs and vegans. Well-maintained space. Excellent location. Overall rating: 7/10. With the right level of detail, it could easily be an 8.5 or 9. What's missing isn't potential; it's execution. We are grateful for the welcome and stay. Thank you."

"An extremely nice camping site, located not too far away from the beach resort, in a pine tree forest. Each camper location was clearly designated, with its own water faucet, electric power supply and shade! The reception staff was very helpful, the restaurant Dom Henrique was excellent, its staff super friendly and professional, the little shop full of useful products and the sanitary facilities extremely clean. To be highly recommended!"
