"It desperately needs renovation. On our third floor, the hallway floor was repaired with tape in several places (tripping hazards). It stank of ******** or chlorine! The room (bathroom) was occupied by roommates who hadn't paid for it! So: silverfish and other bugs, no cockroaches. The really best thing was the location and the First Watch (breakfast, lunch) a three-minute walk away."

"We usually stay here every year for an event and it’s always a pleasant time. The hotel is worth the cost. It is fairly dated and not everything is throughly cleaned. The important parts such as bed, bathroom, and kitchen area are always tidy but don’t be surprised to find old food in the fridge or crumbs under the couch. The breakfast is good and they offer many options. The staff is friendly and accommodating, check in and out is a very swift process and they’re very easy to contact if additional items are needed. For what it is, I like this hotel. It’s maintained well for being dated."

"Upon arriving we had to wait atleast 20 minutes to check in because of low staff to customer ratio. The floor were we were staying was extremely noisy. When checking the room I did notice the sheets had some type of stain on it on the pillow linings & the bathtub was disgustingly dirty. The bathtub had what seemed like ***** hair all over the walls and around the tub. I let the front desk know about these issues to which she told me she would not be able to do anything considering I had paid for the room ahead of time. I was so upset and just wanted to leave, I wish I could say nicer things about this stay considering it was a nice area but the hotel itself was a 2/10"
