"Check-in was super fast! My partner and I were struggling with our kids, and the front desk staff noticed I couldn't carry my eldest anymore. They quickly processed our check-in, which was very thoughtful. Highly recommend! 👍🏻"

"I was not disappointed in choosing this one for a business trip, and the room was cleaned. The facilities are not old and the lobby is large. Although the breakfast is not much, it is enough. Hotel location is very good, very close to the high-speed rail."

"For a hotel in a small county, there's little to complain about here. The room was clean & warm and came with a soft bed & a hot shower - both of which were appreciated after some long, cold days out. Seeing the glow of the hotel at night was always a comforting sight when heading home. Check in & cleaning staff were friendly & helpful, even when working over the holiday period. Had no issues checking in as a foreigner. Staff were also more than happy for me to leave my bags on the last day, & let my partner & my friend hang out in the large lobby as we waited for various cabs. Breakfast was not bad. I especially enjoyed the pickles. Location wise, it's within walking distance of the old square & old train station, as well as Khitan Street & the snack street. Ningcheng center (Tianyi) itself is small so everything is really within walking distance, though in winter you might want to take a cab to anywhere a little further away. Ningcheng Railway station is probably not walkable, but only takes around 15 minutes in a car (there's also rental ebikes all over the city, which might be preferable when the weather is warmer). Overall a very pleasant stay."

"The bedding is soft and odorless, the hygiene is in place, the service is intimate, very satisfied! Good service, the hotel is clean, spacious and bright, the facilities are convenient, the service is good, nothing to say, warm, efficient, very satisfied with the stay"

"Overall, the stay far exceeded expectations. The room was meticulously cleaned, with no dampness or odor, even in the corners and bathroom. The mattress was just the right firmness, and the soundproofing was excellent, making it very quiet at night. Check-in at the front desk was quick and the staff were friendly and responsive. The location is excellent, making it convenient for dining and shopping. Overall, the experience was comfortable and reassuring, suitable for both business and leisure travel, and I would definitely stay here again."

"Clean and tidy environment"

"I had a completely relaxing May Day holiday here, escaping the crowds perfectly. It was just me and my furry friends, running freely in nature. The staff at the guesthouse were incredibly attentive, and the surrounding environment was wonderfully comfortable and pleasant! See you next time!"

"Used as a wedding room, booked a treasure. The room is clean and tidy, the smart technology is full, and the service staff is very good. Special thanks to Manager Jiang 🥰🥰🥰, the business is capable and attentive. Helped our young couple save a lot of heart."
