"I came to Ningde to visit relatives and encountered such a bizarre hotel room service. This is the worst-managed hotel I've ever seen. Even asking room service for a blanket requires you to be rude. Last night, the front desk sent a woman with a rude expression to barge into my room with a blanket and a duvet cover. My husband opened the door after she knocked, but she didn't say anything polite or ask if it was convenient. She just barged in. My child and I were lying in bed at the time. She grabbed the sheet and started shaking it vigorously, trying to put on the duvet cover. I told her to slow down, but she said it was clean and wouldn't work without shaking it, and continued shaking it. How are such staff trained? I don't know who gave her the audacity to be so rude. Why was she putting a duvet cover in the guest room without any training? What kind of hotel has such staff? Even a room service attendant dares to treat guests like this. This hotel has the worst service I've ever seen. I hope everyone will consider this and choose carefully. After all, everyone wants to have a good time, and encountering such people and situations is truly disgusting…"

"Atour's bedding is incredibly comfortable. During my recent trip, I traveled to several cities, and Atour was the most comfortable place I slept. The next day, I bought several deep-sleep pillows and temperature-controlled blankets. Breakfast was also plentiful, and the receptionist even gave me a complimentary breakfast for the next day. The laundry room was very convenient, with three washing machines and three dryers. The TV screen in the room showed which machines were available. The receptionist and staff were very responsible, helping me operate the machines, folding and packing them neatly before delivering them to my room. The only downside was the dim lighting in the hallway. Perhaps it's part of the overall style, but I hope they can brighten it up; it would be more comfortable that way. Also, the books in the lobby's lending area were of good quality, and you can return books to any branch. I immediately borrowed a copy of Wang Xiaobo's *Night Walk*, and there was also a poetry collection in my room, reflecting Atour's artistic sensibilities."
