"Facilities: The room layout was extremely chaotic, and the room numbers were confusing; I wandered around several times trying to find a room. Cleanliness: The cleanliness was acceptable; I couldn't find any faults. However, one day the trash can wasn't lined with a trash bag. Environment: The environment was quite nice, with a simple Chinese style, but the room soundproofing was extremely poor. The outside wind and car noise were very loud, and the hotel didn't provide earplugs. Service: Service was practically nonexistent. There was only one staff member on duty at night. Even after repeatedly confirming with the staff that I wasn't staying in a front or back room, I was assigned one, and parking was extremely difficult. The internal parking spaces were inaccessible; they were only available to residents of the complex, but parking fees were reimbursed. All of this is the absolute truth."

Its location is a major plus, making it easy to get anywhere; the high-speed rail station is just a 10-minute ride away. There are also plenty of dining options nearby. The breakfast is healthy, delicious, and varied, featuring a buffet-style mix of Chinese and Western dishes – highly recommended! The rooms are well-appointed with ergonomic chairs, so you won't get tired even after sitting for a long time. The local landmark background wall adds a cozy touch to the decor."

The bedding is soft and skin-friendly, and the facilities are complete and brand new. The bathrooms are separated into dry and wet areas, and the smart devices are convenient and thoughtful. The outstanding sound insulation effect blocks out the outside noise, allowing guests to relax and enjoy a good night's sleep, and have a pleasant and comfortable rest time. The breakfast offers a wide variety of choices, catering to both Chinese and Western tastes. The freshly cooked seafood noodles are delicious and fragrant, and there are all kinds of hot dishes, pastries, fruits and beverages. The ingredients are fresh and the flavors are authentic, meeting the dietary needs of different guests and starting a full-of-energy day. From check-in to check-out, the hotel's service is always considerate and attentive. The staff are friendly and warm, and the procedures are efficient and fast. They also offer robot services, free laundry, luggage storage and other warm services, showing meticulousness and professionalism everywhere. The hotel is close to the high-speed railway station, making it convenient for travel. It combines convenience and comfort, providing a warm and home-like experience for both business trips and leisure travel."

"We stayed here over Christmas, and the hotel's public areas were beautifully decorated for the holidays – the festive atmosphere was just perfect! Everything from the overall environment, the room decor and layout, and the spaciousness, to the consistently attentive service, was absolutely flawless. The only minor drawback is that for a star-rated hotel, you have to go to the front desk every time to get toiletries. Moreover, the toiletries provided are quite basic, which is a stark contrast to the convenient experience offered by most hotels nowadays. While there was an environmental initiative years ago, this practice seems to have faded out, and it definitely lowers the guest experience. I hope the hotel can improve on this."

"The hotel is very new and comfortable. I drove here from Shanghai with my family for a visit on the weekend. We were unfamiliar with the place so we called in advance. Xiao Lu at the front desk was very hospitable and played the role of a good host. He upgraded the room for us and introduced us to local attractions and delicious food. Thank you so much!"

"The price and service are inversely proportional. It would be more fitting to rename this place the 'Sloth Hotel'. I'd give 0.5 points for the service to the shuttle driver, who was polite. I booked a room for my birthday and informed them in advance, hoping for a simple decoration. Upon arrival, I was told they hadn't received any such request. Kudos to Trip.com for their swift handling; they helped us switch rooms. The room change itself took an hour. Every time we wanted to go somewhere, it was an endless wait of 20+ minutes. What they call a 'private hot spring' is just a bathtub. Using the hotel's public hot spring costs an additional 188 per person. The dining experience is nowhere near what you'd expect from a five-star hotel; even a rural guesthouse serves better food. Paying 3000+ for a hotel with such service is truly disappointing."

"I have to give a huge shout-out to Ninghai Holiday Resort! This hotel just opened on April 30th this year, so the facilities are brand new, and the experience was fantastic. The entire hotel is designed with standalone villas, offering great privacy and really giving you that vacation vibe. The environment is simply gorgeous; the landscaping is meticulously done, and the back garden is beautiful – perfect for a stroll or taking photos. The room interiors were equally satisfying: spacious, clean, and stylishly designed. A special mention goes to Coco at the front desk and Alice from the F&B department. Their service was incredibly thoughtful and warm, making us feel completely comfortable from check-in to inquiries and every meal. They truly enhanced our stay. With the added bonus of the hot springs, this stay was truly perfect. New hotel, great environment, and excellent service – I highly recommend it to anyone looking to relax in Ninghai; you won't be disappointed!"

The extra-large bathtub was a highlight – soaking in it while enjoying the night view in the evening was incredibly relaxing. The building's night lighting was beautiful, the environment was quiet, and it's very close to the scenic spots. A top choice for traveling with friends!"

"I chose this place because of Quzhou Yinmo. I was a little disappointed. The weather was too hot. There was nothing to visit in the ancient town. The surrounding area was deserted. I drove to Haining City for dinner. The service was good. The air conditioning was not too cold and was upgraded."

The whole B&B is like a resort, with places for taking photos, resting, barbecue, picking fruits and watching the scenery. It is very suitable for bringing the whole family on weekends. ."

"Overall, the stay was quite good. The hotel service was excellent, and the front desk staff were very friendly. They even upgraded us to a family room free of charge, and room service was prompt on several occasions. The only downside might be the hotel restaurant. The food selection was limited (mostly set meals), not great value for money, and the taste was just average. The hotel is near Yancang Mountain and a waterfall; it would be nice to spend some time hiking there. Tip: Getting a taxi back from the hotel can be difficult, so plan ahead."

"Great for weekend couple getaway or with the whole family! I took my kids on a weekend trip here to get out of Shanghai, it was a great trip! The hotsprings were the perfect cherry on top after exploring the forest park and hiking nearby. The staff was very friendly and helpful, especially getting our luggage up to our room which was a bit of a trek. The hotsprings itself are fine for kids, very family friendly, there was plenty of space since there are multiple pools and it’s outdoors, so we could enjoy without feeling like we were being disruptive. The only inconvenience is that there is only breakfast on site, or small snacks if you are within the hotsprings area. We had to walk to the next hotel for a restaurant, or order delivery. It was fine, minor inconvenience but good to be aware of. I have been recommending this place to all my friends, its charming and being able to use the hotspring was so nice. Some rooms have private hotspring pools, we had a nice tub in the bathroom. Nearby is a small forest park with a trail around a lake, and then further up you can find a trail head that connects to the Ninghai hiking loop (I didn’t go up bc the kids are little). There were areas of beach along the river where we could sit and play without being on a platform or behind a barrier. We stayed 3 nights and could have managed a 4th but we had a very slow pace ."
