Even as someone with a penchant for cleanliness, I must say the cleanliness was impeccable. The bedding was soft and comfortable; I didn't want to get up. The hot water in the bathroom was quick and reliable. The amenities were also very thoughtful: a free laundry room solved the hassle of changing clothes while traveling, robot delivery was a novel idea, and you could even relax in the tea room if you got tired. The breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, a mix of Chinese and Western options to satisfy different tastes, making for a very satisfying meal.
