They only answer the phone after 9pm and tell me to call back, which I can't help, but even within that time they told me to press this number if I was making a reservation, and this number if I was with a travel agency, and no matter how many numbers I pressed I was directed to an email and couldn't get through. As a last resort I pressed the number for the travel agency and was finally able to get through. In any case, the hotel didn't have a concierge function and their attitude was like "we're so great, it's up to the customer to figure it out," so I canceled."
