"I was impressed with this hotel from booking it on the phone. The staff are so professional and diligent. Maria was amazing - helped me by lending me a charger cable and by printing out a ticket for me. All done with a smile. The hotel itself is a joy. I arrived late at night and the entry system was easy to navigate and the room they gave me was lovely. So comfortable. It’s stylish, comfortable and modern but the hotel has some character too. Don’t miss it!!"

"We were scheduled to stay at this hotel but a family medical emergency occurred and we needed to switch to a different hotel. We called the central booking line and explained the situation and they said they would switch it if we paid for the new room first then they would refund the other booked. We did this. A couple of weeks later we received email confirmation in the form of an invoice for the refund but we have never received the money. We have called them a few times and every time they say they need to go away and investigate and then we don’t hear anything. We now they are saying they are keeping our money. They are nothing or than common thieves. We will be taking the matter to court."
