"İki çocuğumuzla seyahat ettik. Gecikmeli program nedeniyle gece geç saatlerde giriş yaptık. Odaya girer girmez karıncalar yerde, duvarlarda ve hatta kanepenin yanındaki lambanın altında sürünüyordu. Bavullarımızı taşımamıza bile yardım etmediler, bu yüzden odaya ulaşmakta zorlandık. O kadar sinir bozucuydu ki hemen oda değişikliği talep ettik. Taşınırken o kadar çok hamamböceği gördük ki çocuklar korkup ağlıyorlardı, kocam bile duvarlarda tahtakuruları buldu. Başka bir otele geçmek istedik ama çok geçti. Bize verilen oda önceki seferki kadar kötü değildi ama aynı kattaydı, bu yüzden çok tedirgin olduk. Nitekim dış kapıdan karıncaların geldiğini gördük. Ayrıca yatak takımlarında da karıncalar vardı, bu da işimizi inanılmaz zorlaştırıyordu. Personel İngilizce bilmiyordu, bu yüzden resmi bir şikayette bulunacağım. Burayı kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum."

"The overall condition of the hotel, including the rooms, restaurants and pools, is good. The room (over 60 sqm) is spacious with a tatami and sofa sitting area as well as a small balcony facing the sea. The view at sunset is beautiful. There are not many rooms per floor so the hotel is quiet and relaxing. We had the pool to ourselves on both occasions when we swam. The private beach just opposite the hotel( 6-7 minutes walk downhill ) is also worth a visit but it closes at 6pm. The sister hotel nearby offers shuttles and tuk tuk service and they were nice to come back to the beach to pick up any hotel guests 10-15 minutes past six ( even though the schedule indicated that the last shuttle would be at 6pm. ). Breakfast had good options and definitely worth it as there isn’t any cafe nearby. For lunch or dinner, there are 10-12 restaurants within walking distance offering Okinawan cuisine and the concierge is happy to make recommendations. Parking costs ¥1000 per day and they offered a ¥1000 yen voucher if we opt for the “no daily cleaning “ option. The voucher can be used for parking or shopping in the hotel. I would definitely recommend this hotel for its facilities and we loved the very large room( try to go the indoor pool and the sauna too)."

"The location may be a bit tricky, but for a quiet and relaxing stay, there's no better place. The staff were friendly, the rooms were in good condition, and families were comfortable. Breakfast and dinner are pricey, but I highly recommend trying them."

"This was my first time staying here. The hospitality was excellent, and the private pool in my room is said to be one of the largest in Japan, so I was able to relax and unwind. However, because it was the rainy season, there were a horde of winged ants... The path to dinner was covered in ants, and when I returned to my room after dinner, I was surprised to see so many dead ants floating in the private pool. The bed, pillows, and comforter in the bedroom were infested with maggot-like insects, which I suppose is unavoidable given the season and location, but it was disappointing considering the price. I wouldn't say I definitely want to go back, but I think I'll visit in the winter next time."

"the hygiene was missed, sheet blanket was dirty seemed never been washed. there was no trash bag for you to change your own trash. Towels were always lacking by the time you arrive the hotel in the evening. crockaches outside the rooms and everywhere. Although stove is available but there is no dishes, pans or cutlery, rental fee is applied but not sure what is included. the only nice thing was we loved the set up of the bathroom where the sink was outside next to the washing machine. Plus the heater in the bathroom makes things easier."

"DO NOT RESERVE THIS PLACE!!. This place is falsely advertised. It states it's a 5 minute walk to the beach, it's actually a 20-minute walk down a mountain (then back up). It states there is front desk service, there is no front desk and NO STAFF in the building. There is no restaurant or shops in the hotel or adjacent to the hotel. No place to get food or water. Do not let them trick you into reserving this awful place. When I contacted Trip to inform them I could not stay there due to lack of services, and to complain about false advertising, multiple issues regarding difficult check-in procedures, no staff and no access to water or food in the hotel or area, the property refused to refund my payment. I had to pay for a second hotel for the night. That hotel is Kariyushi LCH Resot, which was less expensive, ON THE BEACH with a swimming pool, breakfast buffet, adjacent convenience store and multiple restaurants within walking distance. The advertising for this property is completely untrue and should not be allowed to falsely advertised on Trip."
