"It was a truly wonderful stay. The facilities were impeccable. There's a L'Occitane spa on-site, so the amenities are also L'Occitane. The only thing that seemed to vary depending on the staff member was the service. Breakfast even included roast beef. There was a wide variety of fruit, all of which was fresh and delicious, and I was very satisfied. If the weather cooperates, you can enjoy the perfect holiday."

I only stayed for one night, but if I hadn't booked another hotel for the next day, I would have wanted to extend my stay by another day. The room was fully equipped with amenities, and it's rare to find a hotel these days that even provides basic skincare products, so I was very grateful."

"DO NOT RESERVE THIS PLACE!!. This place is falsely advertised. It states it's a 5 minute walk to the beach, it's actually a 20-minute walk down a mountain (then back up). It states there is front desk service, there is no front desk and NO STAFF in the building. There is no restaurant or shops in the hotel or adjacent to the hotel. No place to get food or water. Do not let them trick you into reserving this awful place. When I contacted Trip to inform them I could not stay there due to lack of services, and to complain about false advertising, multiple issues regarding difficult check-in procedures, no staff and no access to water or food in the hotel or area, the property refused to refund my payment. I had to pay for a second hotel for the night. That hotel is Kariyushi LCH Resot, which was less expensive, ON THE BEACH with a swimming pool, breakfast buffet, adjacent convenience store and multiple restaurants within walking distance. The advertising for this property is completely untrue and should not be allowed to falsely advertised on Trip."
