"I tried calling the hotel for two days to confirm my arrival time. The phone wasn't answering. They also didn't respond to my messages or email. I arrived at 2:00 PM, but the doors were locked. The machine outside wouldn't give me a code to enter, claiming they hadn't received my payment for my stay, even though I'd paid in the fall. A woman came out and told me to come back in two hours when a staff member would return. They wouldn't let me in, and they didn't offer to leave my luggage. I contacted trip.com for help. They tried to contact the hotel, but to no avail. So, they moved me to another hotel. I can't comment on the cleanliness. The staff, as far as I can tell, doesn't treat guests very well."

"We were already the third time there perfect for our interim stop. The only thing I noticed at breakfast buffet is no longer as it was. Bsp the bread there were always 3 varieties, today only normal white bread. And my husband had fruits that were no longer quite fresh. So today breakfast was not worth his money. Otherwise we are satisfied"

"Oops... What a mistake. Was looking for an in expensive hotel and that is what I got. It is located right accross the street from the Orange train station and the noise was unbearable. The room was dingy and we could not stay there. The hotel is far from the town center and in a somewhat scary part of town. Unless you are stuck... try and find a hotel in the city center. This will never do."

"Booked last minute and would not normally book B&B, but we were pleasantly surprised. The host, Valere, was very welcoming, helpful and friendly. The location is rural with lovely grounds and pool and within easy reach of Orange. Exceptionally clean room with comfortable bed. Excellent breakfast with freshly baked croissants."
