"The hotel facilities are quite new, and the balcony is nice. The only drawback is the laundry service. There was no price list for laundry services; the list told me to ask at the front desk. With so many types of clothes, how could they possibly ask everyone? The key issue is that when I did ask the front desk, they told me to call the laundry company myself. The list didn't mention that laundry was unavailable on Saturdays and Sundays. I dropped off my clothes at the front desk on Saturday morning, and they told me I could only drop them off on Monday. Overall, the service is somewhat lacking compared to other hotels, although the front desk staff's attitude was acceptable."

"It is a good hotel with a good location. Clean room and modest morning coffee. Some countries, cakes, mexed eggs, hairdryer and cheese, some cut fruits, cheese, coffee, milk and chocolate. One night I had trouble sleeping because of noises in the corridor and opening and closed the door, and the walls of the dry walls make a lot of noise pass."

"This is the second time my family and my husband has stayed here. It's about a 10-minute walk from Osasco Station. There are supermarkets and shopping malls within a 10-15 minute walk, so it's very convenient. If you miss Japanese food, there's a Sukiya restaurant nearby. You'll also never have trouble getting breakfast or lunch. The hotel is also very clean. The receptionist and cleaning staff were very kind, the price was reasonable, and we're very satisfied. We hope to use this hotel again when staying in Osasco. Thank you for providing a wonderful accommodation."
