"the pillows smelled so bad and i asked for a new one and they said we don’t have a new one but they told me there was one extra in the closet and that one also smelled so bad. and the whole hallway and the room smelled like food and it was annoying. the door didn’t even close good even if u pull hard on it. even onse small push culd open it. the cigarette older was not clean. and evrything was super nasty in the room(make sure u flip u mattress if u go there so u get the clean side)"

"Very basic hotel fantastic location very clean breakfast badic ham cheeses etc bacon egg but was cold my room was ok asked for disabled room which i got you cant get a wheelchair in the shower nice double bed comfy but need another quilt if the heating is off strange hotel when you arrive you have to get to reception on first floor in the lift went here on a trip with goldcrest holiday my sink in bathroom was blocked i would stay here again"

"Following my stay we found the reception very cold!! Smiling is optional, the gentleman with a little goatee is not smiling and not too nice!! What a pity !! And this lasted for the 3 days On the other hand the Room was spacious and very clean The breakfast is complete but the service remains desired, in the morning you have to fight to find a clean and cleared table!! There is a severe lack of staff because the girl is struggling on her own and cannot provide the service properly!! The scrambled eggs look like mash and way overcooked!! In the room there is coffee in pods but for those who don't drink it there is no alternative, remember to bring tea!!! And over the 3 days no additional pod!! A bottle of water would be nice at €150 per night, I think it’s ridiculous!! We had two glasses of white, we were not offered a card to choose the grape variety and for €12 the two glasses were not great, they ended up in the sink!! Finally I think there is better in Oostente and for me soon it won't be there!!"

"The hotel is located one tram stop or 15 min walking from the Oostende train station. It is very close to the casino and the beach. The staffs are friendly and helpful. The room is comfortable and clean. The breakfast is a little pricey /9 I had breakfast elsewhere. Overall, it was a pleasant stay which is quite affordable."
