"Although it was a double room, the room was larger than I expected, and the washroom was also spacious and easy to use. The tap water was drinkable. The hot spring was clean and easy to use. Milk was served as a welcome drink. They actively purchase milk and serve it to all guests so that everyone can drink it. The location was a little far from Obihiro city, and it was quiet and very comfortable. The hot spring was also good. I would like to use it again when I come to Obihiro!"

"The best onsen experience I’ve had. The entire property is packed with care and kindness by the staff and fully equipped with everything you need from toiletries to happy hour. The kaiseki dinner was one of the best I’ve had - not only the food but also the setting and presentation. Incredible to use the next door hotels big onsen and the outdoor onsen was beautifully landscaped. The most gentle and intimate care of the staff really helped me relax and unwind the years hard work and stress. My mother very much loved as well. Thank you Sanyoan. I look forward to coming back soon 💖"

"There are rooms for 6 or more people and the rooms are spacious, which is very appreciated. The facilities are old but seem to have been renovated and the rooms are very clean. The food is a buffet and there are no problems overall, but there are three things I would like to see improved. I would like the coffee to be changed to one that is dripped each time. It is the old-fashioned type that keeps the coffee warm after dripping, so it loses its flavor over time. I would like them to have a wider selection of ice cream. More like cup ice cream"
