Shortly, while handing over the bottle, she signal us to leave. We did so but once just stepped out, she simply slams the dinning hall shut! I was surprised by her reaction. It was quite rude of her to do that. If it's against the regulation, they can rightly say so and communicate upfront than doing this repulsive reaction Overall, a nice stay amid a slight mark on the service rendered"

In the past, many hot spring ryokans I've stayed at in Japan provided milk and ice cream. Additionally, the staff's attitude was just average; not rude, but they lacked warmth and smiles. For this price, we definitely have better options."
