"All the staff were lovely. The resort offers golf cart service to all areas. We came here for stargazing. I loved the touch of having pianos and sheet music everywhere, from the lobby to even corners of the rooms. My only minor issue was the cleanliness of the room. Overall, it was good."

"I booked three rooms for myself and my guests. The rooms are nice, but there are cockroaches and ants because there are many trees. However, the rooms are pleasant. The receptionist in the morning is great, and the restaurants are good but need more variety. A hotel like this should have a 7-Eleven outside. The evening reception staff are unprofessional. They parked a van with the hotel's name on it in the middle of the road, the driver got out, and blocked the road. I got out to ask them to park in a designated area, but they didn't like what I said. It was really bad. I hope the management will do something about it or at least warn them. April 28th, approximately 10:30 PM"
