"The hotel itself is beautiful and well-kept, with a stylish interior. However, my overall stay was disappointing due to poor service. I stayed for three nights and was asked at check-in if I wanted my room cleaned during the stay. I said yes, and on the second day I reminded reception in the morning that I would like the room cleaned. When I returned at 4:30pm, nothing had been done — the room was still uncleaned and the sheets unchanged. When I raised this with reception, the staff were not helpful and instead of simply arranging for the cleaning, they asked unnecessary questions and did not resolve the issue. This really let down the experience. As for location, the hotel is not in the city center, so you do need to travel to reach most of the main attractions. That said, the train station is only about a 7-minute walk, which makes it manageable. In summary, while the hotel itself is beautiful, the lack of reliable service and less convenient location mean I would be hesitant to stay again."

"Yakın zamanda DoubleTree by Hilton Brussels'ta kaldım ve genel olarak çok keyifli bir deneyim yaşadım. Otel mükemmel bir konumda; şehir merkezine, toplu taşıma araçlarına ve birçok turistik noktaya sadece kısa bir yürüyüş mesafesinde. Lobisi modern ve misafirperver, check-in sırasındaki personel güler yüzlü ve ilgiliydi. Oda temiz, konforlu ve tüm temel ihtiyaçlarla donatılmıştı. Check-in sırasında ikram edilen DoubleTree'nin özel kurabiyesini çok beğendim; her zaman hoş bir jest! Yatak çok rahattı ve her gece iyi bir uyku çektim. Öne çıkan özelliklerden biri, taze hamur işleri, meyveler ve sıcak yemekler de dahil olmak üzere çok çeşitli seçenekler sunan kahvaltı büfesiydi. Ancak, banyo biraz eski ve temizlik hizmeti daha düzenli olabilirdi diye 5 yerine 4 yıldız veriyorum. Bir gün, bazı banyo malzemeleri yenilenmemişti. Genel olarak, Brüksel'in kalbinde konfor ve rahatlık arayan hem iş hem de tatil amaçlı seyahat edenler için sağlam bir seçim. Kesinlikle tekrar burada kalırım!"

"Here are some details that the hotel could manage better: 1. Water pressure not strong enough 2. Only 4 hanger hooks on the bathroom door, not enough and far to get the clothes after shower. 3. Artist decor shelves look cool, but not practical for travellers. We need a work desk instead. The tea table is too small for two people to dine, and not even great for doing work. Socket is far, and you will need a 2-3m cable to connect your it to your laptop in the sofa area. 4. Check in process took an hour to be done, but there is no chair for the check-in costumer. The city tax was mistakenly collected. When I showed the prepaid proof, I was asked to send an email to the company to ask for file an investigation. Later in 15mins, I got immediately refund after I asked of if I should contact my travel agent. The room keycard failed to access the first room. It took the receptionists to figure out the solution and I got a new card for another room in 15mins. The efficiency was very low and not smooth at all. 5. We went back to the room after feeling cold stepping out of the hotel around 10am. Later found out two housekeepers started to vacuum the floor and clear the bathroom. We wanted to change our clothes and use the toilet, but they don’t understand. The lady went in and out the bathroom showing impatience and long face. We felt disrupting their work, and we could only get changed in front of the housekeepers in the living room and excuse the lady to let us use the toilet. 6. I once swam in a pool with more than 20 people. It was super crowded. What’s the point of making appointment of using the pool? Besides of the aforementioned, there are still something I like. + There are not many hotels offer pool in Brussels. This hotel has a cool pool on the rooftop with sun baths on each side, and wonderful city view in the both sides of terrace. The pool design is great. + Check in place is in the 2nd floor, bigger than in the lobby of the building. The bar, waiting area and 4 check-in desks are connected in the same area. +Quick lift - It will bring you directly to the floor you press for +The basic room is very spacious and cosy. I enjoyed my stay here. Very quiet all day."

"The room is spacious, clean and the beds are comfortable. Staff are friendly too ! On this level that we stayed, there is a gym and sauna room too. We really enjoyed our stay here. Will stay in this hotel again if were to travel to Belgium again. Highly recommended if you are looking for a good place to rest and easy travelling to places like Grand Place, Mont des Art, Brussels North Train Station, etc. This hotel is also near to the station Rogier, it is within walking distance. Hence, it is easy to travel to other places. Many shops and eateries nearby. There is a beautiful Starbucks nearby too. Do have a cup of coffee there and enjoy. If you are looking for soup noodles, you must try Pho Pho opposite Thon Hotel. The noodles and soup are very tasty!"

"Otelin restoranı kahvaltı mekanıdır ve yemekler çok çeşitlidir ve tadı gerçekten harikadır. Brüksel'e dair en sevdiğim anım burada yemek yemekti desem abartı olmaz, çok lezzetliydi. Çırpılmış yumurta bile lezzetlidir. Tüm ön personel kibar, sizi selamlıyor ve arkadaş canlısı. Giriş ve çıkış sorunsuzdu, çıkış yaptığımda bana kahve isteyip istemediğimi sordu ve kabul ettiğimde oteldeki restoranı arayıp bana kahve hazırlamalarını söyledi. Çalışma tarzı gerçekten profesyonel. Burası bahçecilik konusunda uzmanlaşmış bir otel gibi görünüyor ve koridorlarda ve yemek alanlarında süs bitkileri var. Üstelik odadaki masanın üzerinde üç kitap vardı ve İncil olduğunu düşünerek onları elime aldığımda üçünün de bahçıvanlıkla ilgili olduğunu gördüm. Bu kapsamlı bir taahhüttür. Koridordaki halı yumuşak ve güzel kokuyor. Koridorda sandalyeler var ve burası, sanki bütün gece biriyle konuşmak istiyormuşsunuz gibi hissetmenizi sağlayacak harika bir alan. Temizlik açısından bir sorun olduğunu düşünmüyorum. Konumu fena değil, Brüksel Kuzey İstasyonu'na 10 dakika, Grand Place'a ise 20 dakika yürüme mesafesinde. Odada Nespresso kahve mevcuttur. Kaldığım oda düzgün çalışmıyordu. Diş fırçalama seti bulunmadığını ve yalnızca minimum düzeyde olanaklar bulunduğunu lütfen unutmayın."

"혼자 여행 온 20대 여자라서 호텔 고를 때 고민이 많았습니다.. 시내 근처인 곳은 너어어무 비쌌고 / 호스텔은 불편해서 꺼려졌고 / 주변 골목 치안이 안 좋거나 청결이 너무 안좋다는 곳은 싫어서 가능한 곳이 별로 없었는데요 ㅜㅜ 결론부터 말하면 이곳 너무 괜찮았습니다!! 가격대비 큰 문제없는 좋은 곳이라고 생각해요 1) 24시간 리셉션 운영, 친절하고 깔끔한 체크인 체크아웃, 메일 문의도 바로바로 받아주심 2) 체크인 시 간단하게 브뤼셀 시내 소개해주심 3) 빵, 과일, 커피있는 조식 제공 4) 숙소 내 커피포트, 헤어 드라이기, 냉장고, 간단한 티백이나 커피믹스 구비 5) 작지만 깔끔하고 조용한 방 내부 6) 메인 시내까지 호텔 바로 앞 65, 66 버스로 10-20분만에 접근 가능, 북역까지도 61버스로 10분 정도 엄청 화려하거나 완벽한 곳은 아니지만 저는 정말 만족하고 갑니다 혹시 2030대 여자 or 혼자 여행객들 중에 고민하고 계신 분이 있다면 이 리뷰가 도움이 됐으면 좋겠습니다!!"
