Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (5/5) Is pleasure of staying at a wonderful hotel that left a lasting impression. From its impeccable design to the delectable breakfast, my experience was delightful overall. Although the weather didn't quite cooperate during my stay, the hotel's fantastic service more than made up for it. The hotel's interior design is simply stunning. Every aspect of the decor exudes elegance and sophistication. The attention to detail is evident, and it creates a warm and inviting atmosphere throughout the premises. The architecture and furnishings are tastefully chosen, providing a luxurious and comfortable ambiance for guests. One of the highlights of this hotel is undoubtedly the breathtaking view. Unfortunately, I encountered some bad luck with the weather during my stay, which limited my ability to fully enjoy the surroundings. However, even through the mist and rain, I could sense the beauty that lay beyond the hotel's windows. I can only imagine how magical it would be on a clear day. The service at this hotel is truly exceptional. The staff members are attentive, friendly, and go above and beyond to ensure guests have a memorable experience. From the moment I arrived, I felt warmly welcomed and well taken care of. The hotel's commitment to customer satisfaction is evident in every interaction, making the stay truly enjoyable. breakfast was simply delicious! The array of options available was impressive, catering to various tastes and dietary preferences. this hotel left a lasting impression on me. The well-designed interiors, the mesmerizing view (even through the rain), the exceptional service, and the mouthwatering breakfast made my stay truly remarkable. If you're looking for a hotel that combines elegance, comfort, and impeccable service, this is the place to be.

Grindelwald for the first time, and after four days and three nights, this place is perfect. It's right by the bus and train stations, so you can hop off the train from Interlaken, walk through the terminal, and Eiger Lodge is right behind the parking lot. Buses take you all around Grindelwald, even to the main street. The terminal has a Coop, so groceries are super easy. The hotel has an awesome view of the valley and is super clean. They have breakfast every day, and even though it's the same stuff, I still liked it. Heads up, there's some construction going on that might block the view a little, but it's not a big deal. I'd totally stay here again if I come back.

Very nice design hotel, new and spacious, but what it’s lacking is the warmness of the staff. Only the new girl working there is pretty nice, the rest of the staff has lukewarm attitude. The first room I got was nice, they gave me a double bed instead of a single bed that I booked but upon enter, there was a pair of socks hanging on the toilet door. Called the housekeeping and they removed it but also realised the room is very hot, but AC is not adjustable as it is centralised. So they gave me a fan instead. Later at night I also realised it was pretty noisy as the alfresco of the restaurant is right beneath my room. And then the toilet shower is broken. I tried calling the reception and housekeeping at 9-10pm but nobody pick up which I assumed it’s probably not 24hrs service. I bear with the broken shower. Next day morning I asked to change the room to quieter one but I need to get all my stuff out by 11am which I did. I went to the reception and told them about the broken shower, with no apologies, the guy just say ya ya, that’s an easy fix. I’m still glad they changed the room for me. But like I say still hope for a better service with the money I paid. Also not enough hanging area in the bathroom, especially when the first room I got… no hanging area at all, so can’t hang towel or clothes.

Room was very clean and cozy. The hotel staff was very friendly and supportive. They also gave me a ticket for free transportation in Interlaken during my stay there. Coffee was provided for free at the lounge. The location was convenient to go to the Interlaken West train station!

Great location right next to Interlaken West station, which makes getting around super easy. The hotel is modern, very clean, and the staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of choice. Rooms are comfortable but a bit on the small side, and some amenities like a fridge would have been nice. Overall, a very good stay — convenient and reliable base for exploring the area. Thank you for the hospitality

We loved everything about this hotel and cannot recommend it enough. Easy 7min walk to the train station, everything was just a walk away as such. Very nice and responsive staff and an amazing breakfast everyday. If you get the rooms with a view like us and nothing better than this, viewing the snowy mountains from the big balcony.

The hotel itself sits in a quiet and scenic spot, offering great views of the mountains. Rooms – 8.5/10 The hotel offers both historic and modern rooms, so the experience can vary depending on what you book. Historic rooms (in the main building) feature high ceilings, elegant decor, and antique-style furnishings, giving a grand, old-world charm. Modern rooms (in the newer wing) are sleek and contemporary, with all the latest amenities. Some rooms come with balconies offering stunning views of the Swiss Alps, which is a major highlight! Beds are comfortable, and bathrooms are spacious and well-equipped with quality toiletries. Service – 8/10 The staff is friendly and professional, offering helpful local tips and seamless check-in/check-out. However, during peak tourist seasons, service can feel a bit stretched, especially at the reception and breakfast area. Dining – 8/10 Breakfast – A rich buffet with Swiss specialties, including fresh bread, cheeses, cold cuts, eggs, and great coffee. The selection is good, though the breakfast room can get crowded. Restaurant & Bar – The on-site restaurant offers delicious Swiss and international cuisine, though the menu is slightly limited. The hotel bar is a great place to relax after a long day of exploring. Wellness & Facilities – 8/10 Spa & Sauna – A small but relaxing wellness area with a sauna, steam bath, and relaxation space—perfect after a day in the mountains. Outdoor Seating & Garden – The hotel has a lovely terrace and garden area for relaxing with a drink while enjoying the views. Parking – Limited on-site parking is available, but it fills up quickly.

Hotel Toscana'da 2 gece kaldık (13-15 Kasım 2024). Yaşadığımız bir sorun kolyemizi kaybetmemizdi. Eşarp takıyorduk, bu yüzden kız kardeşim ve ben masada 2 altın kolye bıraktık. Sadece 2 gece kalacağımız için temizlik görevlisi olacağını bilmiyorduk. Hepimiz sabah 10'da çıktık ve akşam 6'da geri döndük. Geri döndüğümüzde kolyenin 1 tanesi gitmişti. Her yere baktık, şiltenin ve yatağın altına, masanın her tarafına, banyonun içine ve odanın her tarafına ama gitmişti. Resepsiyonist patronuna ve temizlik görevlisine soracak kadar yardımseverdi ama kim bir şey çaldıklarını kabul eder ki, değil mi? Umarım kolyeyi alan kişi onu iyi bir şekilde değerlendirmiştir. Bunun dışında konumu mükemmel, Interlaken West istasyonuna yürüme mesafesinde (yaklaşık 7-10 dakika). Ayrıca bölgede birçok mağaza ve restoran var. Otel odası su ısıtıcısı ve cam bardaklarla donatılmış, kupa yok. Klima ünitesi yok ama bizim kaldığımız süre boyunca hava oldukça soğuktu, bu yüzden pencereyi biraz açtık ve sorun olmadı. Dağın güzel manzaralarına ve yamaç paraşütü yapan insanlara sahip çok sessiz bir mahalleydi. Odaya girdiğimiz anda temiz görünüyordu, ancak yatağın ve masaların altını ararken altta toz birikmişti, aylardır temizlenmemiş gibi çok tozluydu ve sadece zeminin görünen kısımlarını süpürüyorlardı. Banyoyu kullanmadan önce bile idrar kokuyordu. Umarım bu kısımları iyileştirirler, eğer orada kalmayı deneyimlediyseniz (benim fikrime göre) otel o kadar da kötü değil.
