"The service of the reception is slow - their english is very limited so we had some trouble to communicate. The room is spacious and comfortable, but the air conditioning is poor although we put it on the lowest temperature setting. Cleanliness is okay but not the best, some areas of the room were dusty."

"先説優點：環境沒得説 很美 房間硬件設施也很OK
早餐非常豐盛好吃 品種雖然不算五星裏很多的那種 但是品質絕對上乘 可以當正餐吃了 如果室外不那麼炎熱的話 配上環境吃飯很絕 所以我認為這家叫飯店的確是以吃飯為主的
説説缺點：新酒店在第一次應對國慶客流高峯時明顯接待能力不足 打掃阿姨忙到飛起也趕不及入住客人的速度 大量客人很晚才能拿到房間 另外如此規模的酒店前台接待處非常小 讓人吃驚 （本來以為那是存行李的地方）可能是因為讓渡了大塊面積給庭院 增加吃飯的美好體驗 還有因為庭院生態很好 蚊子會坐電梯進房間 建議點上房間的電蚊香
總的來説結合性價比來看這家還是非常不錯的選擇 工作人員的服務態度也很好 希望以後能進一步提升接待能力 並把自己的優勢發揮出來 祝好！"

"We were there for 2 nights over Christmas.
The good:
The rooms were really nice, and comfy and had a stunning view, the Christmas dinner was just like back home. We were very impressed by the Christmas dinner.
The not so good:
The rooms were extremely hot, all rooms has central heating, I had to open the doors in the middle of the night, and sat in the hallway, and wanted to sleep on the floor in the hallway, because the rooms were too hot, and it felt like I couldn't breath. The service was good, both gentlemen at reception tried to help us. The next night, they moved us to another room, but it was also too hot, the 3rd room was much better.
I suggest the hotel upgrade to individual aircons where guests could control their own temperature."

"我們是第一家人來住的，來之前還會擔心水土不服之類的問題。第一次來慈溪住酒店，就對這家酒店留下了一個非常好的印象，讓我們一家人對慈溪這個地方都印象是非常好的。酒店設施設備也是算比較好的，早餐也是很符合家裡人的口味，小孩子喜歡吃吐司麪包，老年人喜歡吃油條小籠包，早餐廳的阿姨也是非常熱情有禮貌的。這邊的夜市很好逛，酒店離銀泰、上林坊都很近，還是值得推薦的！"

AAnonim Kullanıcı臨時決定第二天去方特，半夜三更打電話給酒店確認預訂訊息，前台小賀聽説我們是帶着長者和小朋友，提出我原來定的房間相距較遠，主動給我們升級了兩間相鄰的房間。
酒店距離方特蠻近的，開車十幾分鍾路程，隔天我們在方特玩兒到快閉園，九點多才到酒店，整個區域蠻靜謐的，中式美學，宋韻風格。地下停車場車位充足，有快充樁。前台入住辦理絲滑，有專人陪同送到房間，小童用的備品已提早放好。房間蠻大的，角角落落有各種宋韻的風格呈現，戴森的吹風機，牙具很柔軟，膠囊咖啡機，一米三五的雙床帶小朋友睡也很合適，特別值得稱讚的是床品，很舒服，看得出來酒店在細節方面很用心。早上起來發現房間陽台望出去可以看到中心湖，景觀蠻好的。早餐也不錯，樣數不多但小朋友喜歡的都有，還有本地特色的長河拌麪，收餐盤主動且及時。吃完早飯，參加了國慶活動，古法篆香，做花燈，難得的體驗，小朋友和長者都玩兒得不亦樂乎。
服務人員都很友善，迎面而來都會主動打招呼，問路會第一時間帶着過去，看得出來有很規範的培訓和管理。退房還貼心地送了小朋友漂亮的中式髮卡。
很滿意這次行程，下次再來方特還會選擇住這家。

MM773201****這家酒店真的讓人驚喜連連！一踏入大堂就被裝修風格吸引，燈光柔和又不失格調
客房更是沒話説，乾淨整潔得挑不出一點毛病，床品柔軟舒適，躺上去像陷進雲朵裏，一夜好眠完全不是問題。窗外的景色也很贊，拉開窗簾就能收穫好心情。
最值得誇的是服務，從入住到離店，每一位工作人員都熱情又專業，笑容真誠，響應速度特別快，有任何需求都能及時解決，讓人感覺像回家一樣温暖。
餐廳的菜品也很驚艷，不僅擺盤精緻，味道更是沒得説，能感受到食材的新鮮和廚師的用心。住在這裏，真的是一種享受，下次一定還來！

MM16737****Yoğun çalışmalarımdan sonra memleketimin büyük nehirlerini ve dağlarını görmeyi seviyorum. Cixi, kocamın memleketi, güzel dağları, güzel suları ve daha da güzel insanları var. ”Kaiyuan Mingting Hotel”de kaldığım için çok şanslıyım. Otele girmeden önceki hissim şuydu: Burası 4 yıldızlı bir otel mi? Vitrin neden bu kadar küçük? Ama yanılmışım, lobinin temizliği bir saniye önce bayağılığımı değiştirdi. Otel 2022 yılında yeni açılmıştır. İçerisindeki tuvalet akıllı tuvalet olup, yatakları çok rahattır. Uykusuzluk çeken arkadaşlar için oldukça uygundur ve ortam oldukça sessizdir. Bu sadece donanım. Beni etkileyen yazılımlarıydı. Hızlı yanıt vermeleri ve misafirleriyle ilgilenme konusundaki farkındalıkları sorgulanamaz. O gün tramvayla otele gittim. Havanın sıcak olması ve klimayı açmam nedeniyle, otelin yer altı garajında misafirlerin ücretsiz kullanabileceği bir şarj istasyonunun bulunduğunu öğrendim. Ön bürodaki yakışıklı adamdan yardım istedi. Liderden talimatları istedikten sonra yakışıklı adam beni oraya bizzat götürdü. Kontrol etmek için yer altı garajına gittik ama ekipman uymadığı için uygun olmayınca adam geldi. Adamın ne kadar meşgul olduğunu görmek gerçekten dokunaklıydı. Ayrıca ön büro bizi ücretsiz otopark taraması konusunda da proaktif olarak bilgilendirdi. Gelelim ikinci konuya. Ertesi gün erkenden çıkış yapıp defne toplamaya koştuk. Öğle yemeğinden sonra biraz yorulduk ve otelimizi düşündük. Ben de denemek havasındaydım ve resepsiyona otelde dinlenmek istediğimi söyledim. Otel üzülerek odanın temizlendiğini ancak lobide dinlenebileceğimizi söyledi ve teklif etti. Ücretsiz otopark için QR kodunu taramak için. Kendimi gerçekten evimdeymiş gibi hissettim. Yarım saat kadar oteldeki kanepede dinlenip oradan ayrılmama rağmen bu mükemmel yolculuğu asla unutamayacağım. Üçüncüsü, fatura istediğimizde, sadece faturayı düzenlememize yardımcı olmakla kalmadılar, aynı zamanda bizim için kağıt fatura basma girişimini de üstlendiler (bu çok iyi, bazı oteller sizden elektronik faturayı almak için kodu taramanızı istiyor) fatura). AamabilisinsaniaThe hotel is pretty nice! All the furniture and appliances are new, the bed is comfortable. There's a wifi in the room as well. Bathroom is clean. Hotel's breakfast is great, everyone can find something according to their preferences. The only negative thing there was renovation, so the view from the window was the construction site (at least it was like that on May 20, 2023). But we've stayed there only for one night so it wasn't a problem at all. All in all, 10/10!

MM.O.T.A.S around the worldThis hotel is what you would expect for the price. beds were very comfortable, airconditioning clean bathroom. Do try to ask for a room on the forth floor as these rooms have just been refurbished (the photos) they are clean and well equiped. The hotel has private parking inside. Customer service is very good. down side was the smoking smell which is in some of the older rooms.

MM485513****這次出來玩，最慶幸的就是選對了酒店！入住時就被大廳驚艷，暖光吊燈配着角落的綠植，沒有過度奢華的距離感，反而像走進了温馨的公共客廳，拖着行李進去時旅途的疲憊瞬間先散了一半。前台小姐姐的服務更讓人心暖，核對訊息時耐心又温柔，還主動提醒我們附近的小吃街怎麼走，甚至幫我們把第二天的景點路線簡單梳理了下，完全不是走流程的敷衍。進了房間更驚喜，客房乾淨得讓人安心，床單沒有一絲褶皺，連洗漱用品都擺得整整齊齊，住得比家裡還舒服。最意外的是酒店有乒乓球室！晚上和朋友不想出去，就去打了會兒球，酣暢淋漓地玩了一小時，比窩在房間刷手機愜意多了。從大廳的氛圍到客房的細節，再到貼心的服務和能隨時放鬆的乒乓球設施，全是實實在在的舒服，這才是旅遊該有的安心感，下次來還選這兒！

MMisafir KullanıcıWe stayed for one night with our kids and had a wonderful experience. The breakfast buffet was great—fresh, tasty, and with plenty of variety for both adults and little ones. The outdoor hot springs were set in a beautiful, peaceful location, perfect for relaxing. The indoor pool was huge. We also received amazing service throughout our stay—staff were friendly, attentive, and made us feel truly welcome. We’ll definitely be coming back to this hotel!
