Ev fiyatları da Pekin Yaban Hayatı Parkı'na yakın olanlardan daha ucuzdu. İlçenin merkezinde yemek yiyebileceğiniz, içebileceğiniz ve oyun oynayabileceğiniz olgun tesisler bulunmaktadır. Çift kişilik yataklı odalar tavandan tabana geniş pencerelere sahiptir. Fiyat-performans oranı yüksektir. All Seasons ve diğer otellere göre çok daha iyi. İleride konaklayacağınız otellerde bu markayı tercih edebilirsiniz."

"一到大興機場，工作人員已經到了三樓11號門等着了，接機用的是騰勢電動車商務車，非常舒適，離酒店很近，一會就到了，酒店位置挺好，樓底下就是肯德基，進了大堂工作人員很熱情辦了入住，我定的是高級套房，房間非常大，酒店是新開的，設備非常新，床睡着很舒服，而且床頭還有無線充電，非常方便，第二天早上下樓吃飯，餐廳裝修的跟小酒吧一樣，非常有氛圍，裏面還可以點咖啡，還有黑啤黃啤等各種啤酒原漿，吃完飯聊聊天喝點咖啡很舒服，回房間的時候看見一樓有個健身房，進去看了一下，器械都是大牌的全新的，擼了一個小時回房間洗個澡睡個回籠覺，是真的爽，總結就是性價比非常高的一家酒店！"

"We visit the Four Points by Sheraton, in Gu'an Langfang often. This was a particularly special visit, as there were numerous events to celebrate. Namely ”Mid Autumn Festival”, ”National Day” and my Birthday coincided during this period. This Hotel is without a doubt the best Hotel, not only in Gu'an, but in Langfang as well. The ”Eatery Restaurant”, plays a vital role in the success of this Hotel. I often say this when visiting a great Hotel or Restaurant, it's the ”Team”, whom makes the establishment a success. The ”New” pastry cheff, is truly a great asset to the Restaurant and Hotel. His pastries are of exceptional standard, and the variety is huge ”unlike the sister Hotel's Restaurant, The Sheraton”, whom barely have any pastries or desert on offer. Without the right team in place, the business can and will, never be truly successful. Especially, in the current highly competitive market. As a former ”Regional Retail Manager”, with over 15 years of Management experience, I can't help but observe and analyze certain businesses. Being University Qualified in ”Customer Relationship Management” and ”Retail Management”, I appreciate High levels of Customer service. The success of this Hotel and Restaurant, lies in it's team, and their hard work and dedication. True ”Managers”, lead from the front, and set an example to their staff. As the case with ”Samuel” the General Manager, whom always assists his team on the floor. The same can be said for ”Marcus” the Restaurant Manager, whom is always ”hands on” and working hard on the floor. Such ”leadership” sets the tone, for a great team as it will filter down to staff on all levels. Special thanks to ”Lydia” the Office Manager, for always being willing to assist in ensuring that guests receive the absolute best, during their stay. Lydia is always courteous and professional. As always, ”Marcus” the Restaurant Manager, treated us with extreme courtesy and hospitality. We appreciate your hospitality Marcus, thank you. Thank you to ”Molly” from the Restaurant, whom assisted us with with room service, as well as in the Restaurant. It's also note worthy to mention, that it's not only the ”Management Team”, whom deserve praise. As all team members provided excellent service, during our stay. Thank you to ”Housekeeping”, for friendly and prompt service. The team at the ”Swimming Pool”, also provided friendly and prompt service, during our stay, thank you for that. We also appreciated the friendly and professional service, received from the following Restaurant staff: Sam, Peter and Joe. Perhaps, ”Marriott” should consider, having this Hotel's ”sister” Hotel, ”The Sheraton, Chaobai River Hotel's Management and Team, learn about ”Hospitality and Service”, from this Hotel ”Four Points by Sheraton, Gu'an Langfang”. As in my opinion, the ”The Sheraton, Chaobai River Hotel's Management” is not on standard. The facilities at the Four Points by Sheraton, Gu'an, Lanfang, are on International standard. We always enjoy the Swimming Pool, Lobby Lounge and Outdoor Deck, during our stay. The ”Alpacas” are truly amazing creatures and are well taken care of. They truly make guests' stay, more enjoyable. We can highly recommend the Four Points by Sheraton, Gu'an Langfang, to all visitors, ”Foreign, and Domestic”. This is still our favorite destination, in Gu'an / Langfang and surrounding areas. We look forward to our next stay, see you soon."

"The hotel provides self service laundry which is value added to me. The help desk staffs are very friendly and super helpful But I don’t understand why the restaurant located at the 4 floor where I have breakfast, the cleaning staff has to sweep the floor while I was having my meal . Oh my god,it is just beside me , and her supervisor not even stop her."

"首先非常感謝前台劉影幫我們升級房間，去的比較晚了大床房衹有一層的了，我們提出能否升級後很痛快的幫忙了。 但是有一點非常不滿意的是早餐自助的飲料機，正常接可樂，最後不知道突然什麼情況，掉下來什麼東西濺了我一身，全身到腳全都濺到了！服務員提出如果當晚還住的話可以幫忙把衣服洗了，但我中午就退房了呀，最後就贈送了一聽可樂，真的一天的心情都毀掉了 設施：相對有點老舊，床單有點破洞，但不影響住宿，泡私湯的時候裏面有幾衹死蟲。其他的都還不錯，窗外景色也好"

"房間空間很大，特別敞亮，早餐很豐盛，口味很棒，前台也很熱情，早餐卷，一次性杯子第一時間安排機器人給送到房間，打擾衞生阿姨，主動問了需要打掃房間嗎？停車位也是免費，總體性價比還是很高，推薦大家出差，商務，旅遊可以體驗。下次首選維也納。"

"親子出行，計劃是前一天在固安住一晚，第二天帶孩子去北京野生動物園玩。我就選擇了比較信任的全季。 一進酒店大堂，令人舒適的香氣撲面而來。應該是近幾年剛裝修的，設施都比較新。衞生收拾得也比較乾淨。前台接待也是微笑服務，耐心、輕聲細語。房間內也有小冰箱，存放一些水果飲品很方便。酒店提供的免費茶具是有裂痕的，雖然我不用它泡茶，但是看到了挺影響整體感覺的。整體的都很好，唯一的小瑕疵。 酒店周邊餐飲業也比較多，早中晚飯都很方便，走着就可以去吃。 我們是自駕，酒店簡介是有免費停車位的，到了發現就是門口便道上的車位，是所有底商門臉共享的，停車位特別窄，亂停亂放擋位的也多。 這個酒店位置還是極佳的，無論是去固安比較繁華的地方，還是進北京都極其方便。從酒店到北京野生動物園玩，週日早上7:50出發，8:10到大門口。整體距離還是很近的，就是在入京安檢口排隊一小會兒。"

"第二次入住了，位置環境都好，前台小姐姐很熱心，附近吃飯很方便，還有個當地夜市可以逛逛，有停車場，這一點很不錯，之前住中央公園附近都是路邊自己找地方停車"

"6月16日至21日，我通過攜程預訂固安金海依雲温泉酒店，入住四晚。該酒店在平台標註為四星級，作為從北京專程前來泡温泉、游泳的遊客，我被其歐式建築的優雅靜謐所吸引，夜晚燈光點綴下更是極具美感，且温泉水質確實上乘。 在我的旅行體驗中，無論是三亞華源温泉酒店、彌勒雲水居私湯温泉度假酒店，還是國內外百餘個國家、大半個中國的四五星級温泉酒店，均將游泳、温泉服務作為住店基礎權益，住客憑房卡即可免費使用。然而此次入住時，酒店經理管明超卻告知温泉、游泳需單獨收費，稱這是老闆規定。經長達一個半小時的溝通無果後，我無奈付款200元費用。這筆費用雖不算高昂，卻讓我深感不合理與不愉快。 我於週一至週五入住期間，因酒店住客稀少，餐廳由自助餐改為點餐模式。點餐耗時較長，且菜品選擇有限，咖啡機也無法使用，形同虛設。晚餐在酒店的農家美食苑就餐，蔬菜類食材來自長林農莊，品質尚可；但乳鴿、響油鱔糊、魚類等肉類菜品，因食用人數少長期冷藏，新鮮度欠佳。此外，入住期間還多次遭遇房卡故障，泡完温泉後房卡無法正常開門，此類情況反覆出現三四次，衹能頻繁下樓找服務員處理。詢問原因，被告知可能是房卡消磁或門鎖損壞，給我的入住體驗帶來極大不便。 此次入住體驗令我深感失望。作為長期飲茶的住客，提出增加礦泉水需求時，服務員不僅態度敷衍，還告知需按每瓶5元額外付費，並強調這是酒店規定。在我過往入住的國內外四五星級酒店中，礦泉水通常按需免費供應，甚至部分酒店會在樓層公共區域備有礦泉水與水果，或是通過房間電話即可享受送水服務。 此外，温泉、游泳項目單獨收費，參觀長林農莊需額外付款30元門票，加上礦泉水收費等情況，均與我以往的住宿經歷大相徑庭。這些舉措不僅與同等級酒店服務標準存在明顯差距，更暴露出酒店在滿足客人基礎需求上缺乏關懷，格局略顯狹隘。 我是一個旅遊達人攝影師曾為很多地方的酒店風景名勝做過宣傳工作。同時又為《中歐文聯報》做攝影記者圖文並茂的介紹中國的旅遊勝地，因為這份報紙在整個歐洲發行主要面對的讀者是歐洲的華人。我已經發表了介紹了一些中國的一些地區的風景名勝促使國外的華人瞭解中國並且能促進當地的旅遊的發展。 入住前，我本計劃拍攝照片，若體驗良好，不僅會推薦給朋友來此泡温泉度假，還想向更多國內外遊客推介貴酒店，讓大家共享温泉之樂。然而實際入住後的體驗，卻令我失望至極！ 客觀而言，貴酒店坐擁優質温泉資源，環境宜人且交通便利，毗鄰北京的區位優勢，使其天然具備吸引退休康養客羣的潛力。但服務細節直接影響口碑，若持續忽視客人反饋，恐將制約長遠發展。懇請管理層重視此次問題，優化服務流程與收費政策，切實提升服務品質。 期待貴酒店能充分發揮優勢，以更人性化的服務贏得市場認可。"
