"The hotel is very near to dagu glacier entrance, 5 min drive only. The owner also so nice to help us, as we arrived at the hotel very late at night. They also helped to arrange car for us to go Dagu Glacier and even to sent us to the Maoxian train station. The room is very big andcomfortable. We really had pleseant stay here. Recommended to everyone to book this hotel. Btw, we are from Malaysia🥰"

Overall, though, the stay was good value for the price."

"I received a warm welcome. Even though my luggage was heavy, I received good assistance. I was able to leave my luggage. The bed was comfortable. The hotel owners were very helpful. They were like family. They took me to eat delicious food. I didn't want to go back to Thailand. They were very lovely. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants a good experience. If I have the chance, I will stay here again."

"Great location and great service. However, the bathrooms were a real issue — the water drained very slowly, and the hot water took a long time to come on. Especially in the morning, none of the toilets flushed properly, which was a big problem since we were staying as a group.
Aside from that, the room itself was very new, extremely spacious, and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities.
If the bathroom situation is improved, it would be absolutely perfect."

"The location was nice, it was easy to find and there were many restaurants nearby.
We booked for 3 rooms with twin bed, once arrived the hotel, the receptionist greeted us with Thai word “Sawasdee krab” that was so kind and touched our mind. He provided us more information with Thai translation and made us more understanding.
The room was clean, big size high ceiling and well prepared. There was electricity blankets provided so we all slept well and charged the energy for the next day.
It was nice to have a chance to stay in this lovely hotel!!!"

"房間超級大，每個細節老闆都用心做，一次性用品齊全，還有一次性浴缸袋和浴巾都是免費，到店給升級房間，吃的氂牛肉火鍋，老闆還免費送了一杯泡酒，非常友好大氣，院落打理的很有調調，我們晚上坐在泳池邊大樹下看山，還挺冷，逃離都市酷暑的好去處，早餐大餅稀飯雞蛋鹹菜中規中矩很舒服。有求必應服務好，有個大冰箱可以供客人放東西，紙巾等消耗品都是用料紮實的好貨，非常滿意的旅居體驗，推薦。"

MMisafir Kullanıcı民宿內部乾淨整潔，院子有顆核桃樹，剛到就招待我們嚐嚐這顆百年老樹的核桃，以及熱茶。從房間和大堂的設計中不難看出主人是真的用心在經營這一家民宿，尤其是房間的落地窗，讓人真的能靜下心來，真的很舒適。除此之外，老闆娘真的是很好很好的一個人，得知我們一早要去冰川拍攝婚紗，特地為我們提前準備早餐，讓我們元氣滿滿地出發，次日晚上出現高反現象，老闆娘也是立馬給了熱水和氧氣瓶。黑水這個地方真的很好，每個人都是那麼的友好善良和熱情，就像晚上吃完烤肉回民宿的路上，看到大山下的繁星點點，靜謐但真的很幸福。

There is no lift in hotel but the staffs will help you to carry luggages. Hotel is situated separately from other business and need to drive if you forget slomething and want to go convenient store. The room was beautifully designed—clean, warm, and cozy—with large windows that opened to stunning views of the valley and cloud-covered peaks. Waking up to that scenery was absolutely magical.
The hosts were incredibly friendly and attentive. They helped with everything from local travel tips to meal arrangements, and their hospitality made us feel truly at home.
The location is ideal for anyone planning to visit Heishui or explore the surrounding nature. Quiet, peaceful, and far from the crowds—just the way a mountain getaway should be.

剛從黑水回來，強烈建議大家來嘎爾莊園至少住兩晚！我們安排了一天玩冰川，一天在莊園度假，這個節奏簡直完美。

Day1征服冰川
從莊園到達古冰川景區就二十多分鐘車程，超級近。坐着世界海拔最高的纜車登上雪山之巔，在4860米觀景台拍照，感覺伸手就能碰到雲，體驗真的很震撼。玩了大半天，累了回來正好在酒店歇着。

Day2享受莊園
這才是度假的正確打開方式！睡到自然醒，在房間就能看到完整的雪山。下午在書吧喝喝茶、看看書，或者就對着雪山發呆，時間過得特別慢，特別舒服。下山溜達去羊茸哈德藏寨，感受一下地道的藏族風情。

房費裏含的早餐和晚餐都很棒，管家服務也很貼心，有求必應，無論是辦理入住還是停車、行李、早晚餐，都有人專門服務。

MMisafir Kullanıcıกลับจากเที่ยวอุทยาน Biepenggou ครอบครัวเราเข้าพักที่นี่ 4 คน เพื่อเตรียมเที่ยวอุทยาน Dagu Glacier ในเช้าวันรุ่งขึ้น ได้ห้องพักแบบเตียงเดี่ยวและเตียงคู่ มี Heater ที่เตียงนอนและในห้อง ทำให้นอนหลับสบาย ไม่หนาว ห้องพักและห้องน้ำสะอาด มีการจัดห้องสไตล์คล้ายๆกัน แต่คนละแบบ รอบๆ โรงแรมเงียบสงบ ไม่มีร้านอาหาร มีร้านขายของชำเล็ก ๆ อยู่ด้านหน้าโรงแรม เจ้าของที่พักพาเดินไป ตอนเย็นเราต้องการหาซื้อข้าว เพื่อมากินกับอาหารที่เราเตรียมติดมา ทางเจ้าของที่พักก็ยังหุงข้าวให้โดยไม่คิดเงินพวกเรา รู้สึกเกรงใจและขอบคุณมาก ๆ แถมยังมีของที่ระลึกเล็กๆ น้อย ๆ ให้อีกด้วย อาหารเช้าเป็นข้ามต้ม เครื่องเคียง ซาลาเปา หมั่วโถว แป้งอร่อยมากค่ะ

MMisafir KullanıcıRoom is good but the door of the bathroom is like semi see through so you might feel uncomfortable sometimes. Location is near Dagu gracier. Pork bun is good but not less choice kf breakfast. The staff at the eestaurant is really rude to me and my friends from the same trip. My friend ask for the noodle as a breakfast and she shared the bowel with me when she got up from the table to look for the sourvenior the staff came quickly to clean up the table although I still sat and ate breakfast with out asking any question like she intended to do all the time like want to force us to leave. The staff claimed that my friend was full but you should not do something like this if other people from the same group still sit on the table. Bad manner for me.

TTa BupasiriI have a great time staying here. It made the visiting to Dagu Glacier perfect. The owner can speak some English that is helpful. She also arrange all transportation and install neceasary apps for us.
The hotel is located in the alley, might be difficult to notice and no English sign for the hotel. Hopefully they set up the hotel sign soon. Would be nice if they have pedastal toilet.

SSherleanThe hotel was new, high-technology and the bed was good however it was not a comfortable stay. Light in front of the bathroom is sensor light so it was constantly on and off when you moving on the bed. Hotel doesn’t use real towel so you have to use the bath robe instead and it is smell of smoke. The hotel was overbooked so they decided to downgrade one of my room saying that I booked lower than the standard rate and my room should be downgraded. That’s made there are no spaces to open the luggage. The owner does not understand the fact that guest should get the room type that they booked no matter the price they paid.
