"The hotel is very near to dagu glacier entrance, 5 min drive only. The owner also so nice to help us, as we arrived at the hotel very late at night. They also helped to arrange car for us to go Dagu Glacier and even to sent us to the Maoxian train station. The room is very big andcomfortable. We really had pleseant stay here. Recommended to everyone to book this hotel. Btw, we are from Malaysia🥰"

"The staff and receptionists were so friendly, hospitality, they helped me so much to find scenics informations in Li County (although this hotel is in Heishui). The quality of this room is excellent, automatic curtain, air conditioner, toilet... always in very good condition.
This hotel locate in the center of Heishui, 200m on the right side of the hotel, you can find the small market (open in the afternoon), they sell fresh fruit like tangerins, apples just 4 yuan / 0.5 kg (so cheap)... 300m from the left side of this hotel, you will find the supermarket"

"Room is good but the door of the bathroom is like semi see through so you might feel uncomfortable sometimes. Location is near Dagu gracier. Pork bun is good but not less choice kf breakfast. The staff at the eestaurant is really rude to me and my friends from the same trip. My friend ask for the noodle as a breakfast and she shared the bowel with me when she got up from the table to look for the sourvenior the staff came quickly to clean up the table although I still sat and ate breakfast with out asking any question like she intended to do all the time like want to force us to leave. The staff claimed that my friend was full but you should not do something like this if other people from the same group still sit on the table. Bad manner for me."

"🏔️ 雪中送炭，冰川彩林上的“家”！感動到想哭的暖心體驗！必須給詩柏酒店滿分好評！
這趟黑水彩林之行因為高反進了醫院，沒想到卻在這裏遇到了像家人一樣的老闆！
當時我們從醫院出來，身體虛弱，衹想找個近點的地方休息。到了酒店老闆得知我們車還停在三十公裡外的鎮上，他二話沒説，直接説：“你們好好休息，我去幫你們開回來！” 來回三十公里啊！天都黑了老闆卻親自奔波不收一分錢，真的感動到説不出話😭
酒店本身也超預期：
✔️ **位置超方便**：離達古冰川和彩林景點都很近，去醫院和縣城也很方便，對於身體不適或者需要休整的旅客來説，簡直是救命稻草。
✔️ **房間乾淨温馨**：酒店打掃得一塵不染，床品舒服，熱水充足，老闆還特別囑咐高反了不要洗澡。
✔️ **老闆特別熱情**：不僅幫我們開車，還一直關心我們身體情況，那種真誠的關懷，真的不是每個酒店都能做到的。
都説人在困境中最能感受到温暖。這一趟雖然開頭不順，但因為詩柏酒店，讓我們對黑水、對旅行都有了不一樣的感受。如果再來黑水，一定衹認準這家！強烈推薦給所有來黑水旅遊的朋友，選這裏準沒錯，安心！"

"#位置交通酒店就在去達古冰川的路上，開過去達古冰川大概4公里，十來分鐘吧，位置很近，而且酒店就在**溝房車露營區對面，我們住的時候正好淡季，景區沒人，從酒店窗户看出去景色很不錯，視野很寬闊。#服務我們是下午五六點左右到的，還沒停好車老闆大叔就出來給我們指揮、拉行李，非常熱情！正值淡季當時沒什麼客人，老闆讓我們自己選擇房間朝向，相當周到了。#早餐第二天早上老闆娘一大早起來煮早餐，高壓鍋現熬的白粥…還有非常香的饅頭（本南方人吃了兩個）配粥配饅頭炒白菜絲、炒辣椒都是老闆娘現炒的，很好吃，乾乾淨淨簡簡單單，但是吃的非常舒服！#餐廳晚上本來想去吃藏餐，但是附近真的前不着村後不着店，懶得折騰直接在住的地方吃了老闆家自己做的氂牛肉湯鍋，味道絕絕子！太鮮了！湯鍋裏面牛肉的部位也很好！配菜的蘑菇也很不錯！兩個人128套餐根本吃不完，我們昨天晚上在畢棚溝附近吃的188套餐，材料沒有這個好（建議老闆提前説一下另收米飯和碗筷使用費，這樣提前説了，買單的時候客人心裏舒服一些，不會覺得有隱藏的額外消費，畢竟湯鍋真的很好吃，不要因為幾塊錢影響評價）最後説一個問題，酒店應該是25年10月、11月剛裝修完，酒店外觀及大堂內還能看到裝修痕跡，然後天冷希望老闆還是要打開房間窗户多通通風，裝修的味道還是聞得到，不要因為天冷關窗悶着。總而言之，酒店是新裝修的，雖然存在一些瑕疵，但是老闆老闆娘人很熱情很實在（跟我們聊天的時候老闆的藏普真的很可愛哈哈哈哈哈）吃的東西也是真材實料很好吃！酒店位置也很好，以後生意肯定很好！"

The hotel can book tickets to Chengdu or other places.
"Far mountain hotel is a family runner hotel, we have to wait for checking in about 30 mins. But the hotel owner was nice and well taking care us. The room was a little antique style but nice and spacious, the only comments is it was too cold for toilet and bathroom during winter. There was a heater controller at the ceiling but it was too hot. 2 bottles of water were provided. No breakfast was offering in the hotel. Overall us ok because we just stayed for a night before our trip to Bipengou. Location is closed to base of Bipengou. Great value for money."

We had hot pot for dinner at the hotel, which was both tasty and perfect for the cool weather. The breakfast room was especially beautiful — such a great way to start the day. Highly recommended for a quiet and scenic getaway.

MMisafir KullanıcıGreat location and great service. However, the bathrooms were a real issue — the water drained very slowly, and the hot water took a long time to come on. Especially in the morning, none of the toilets flushed properly, which was a big problem since we were staying as a group.
Aside from that, the room itself was very new, extremely spacious, and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities.
If the bathroom situation is improved, it would be absolutely perfect.

TTbh$This resort is suitable for families with kids as the interior design was amazing, relaxing and warming. The room was big and clean while all the accessories were brand new and we can enjoy movie time with a big projector although my son and daughter enjoyed the swing more. We reached there at night and the owner was very friendly and helpful. The delicious breakfast was served by a friendly and sweet receptionist - 阿依. The resort also includes a reading corner on the second floor of the cafe and is suitable for those who like to take photos. Anyone who is looking for a short trip at Dagu Glacier, can consider this resort, it's worth it.

GGLJYJust back from a stay at the Ga er Hotel and the highlight was easily the incredible view from our room—waking up to that scenery was unforgettable. The hotel restaurant also deserves a special mention; we had dinner there twice because the food was so tasty and authentic.
the breakfast selection could be improved with more hot options.
Overall, if you're looking for a peaceful stay with a fantastic view and great food, Ga er Hotel is an excellent choice. Perfect for couples or anyone wanting to relax and enjoy the landscape.

NnalzanarmiThis place is a one of a kind stay, if you've never been to China, this stay will put you in awe. This stay is more if a homestay owned by families. Rich with ******* heritage and hospitality. We were quite surprised that they said to just go upstairs and choose any room we liked 🤣. We really enjoyed our stay although the amenities were quite lacking but just enough. At night we were asking the owner if there is any nearby convenience store to buy some snacks but all stores were closed at the time. But the very kind uncle (owner) invited us to walk with him to his friend's store in the village. The store was closed but he called his friend to open the shop just for us ♥️. Overall a once in a lifetime memorable experience. 👍

MMisafir KullanıcıComfortable and cozy room with Japanese-style decorations. I especially love the heated bed topper. The hotel staff, which we think is also the owner, is really nice and friendly. It is a little far from Heishui downtown, but there was nothing to do in town at night anyway, so no issue there. Having said that the hotel is not close to Heishui city, the staff offered to bring us dinner, so eating was not an issue.
The hotel is located close to Dagu Glacier with around 5-min taxi ride.

SSherleanThe hotel was new, high-technology and the bed was good however it was not a comfortable stay. Light in front of the bathroom is sensor light so it was constantly on and off when you moving on the bed. Hotel doesn’t use real towel so you have to use the bath robe instead and it is smell of smoke. The hotel was overbooked so they decided to downgrade one of my room saying that I booked lower than the standard rate and my room should be downgraded. That’s made there are no spaces to open the luggage. The owner does not understand the fact that guest should get the room type that they booked no matter the price they paid.
